Excellent product. Once the mould is filled with your sticky rice (and filling of choice), you put on the lid and press carefully. The sticky rice then pops out easily and cleanly in a neat triangle!

simple to use and clean. I thought it was smaller but to make two onigiri I used a ready-made bag of sticky rice (the Tilda brand one works very well)

Was a bit sceptical at first, but actually this product was extremely easy to use and to clean. Every onigiri was made perfectly. Would recommend to anyone interested in make the perfect triangle shaped Japanese snacks.
