These insoles are very sturdy fit fine in my shoes without trimming and the construction seemed well made. I believe they would help someone who needs the support in their arch. This person was not me. Unfortunately, these insoles were not right for me, and the problems I was experiencing. I removed them after trying them on and deciding that it was not helping my pain and aggravating my left leg/foot too instead. If you really do have quite a high arch, these will probably work for you. I think mine is more on the normal side that I first believe because for me, it felt like there was a lump in my shoe sometimes that was digging into my arch after trying to walk with these in my shoes. I was just looking for an easy solution to my problem and hadn't actually done any sort of testing to confirm I had a high arch. This is not the fault of the insole more so a fault with me since I hadn't made sure my arch was truly high and was only going off the suggestion of others who had listened to my problems in real life.UPDATE! Amazon gave me a refund, but the seller did contact me and try to make it right also. While these insoles did not work for me, the seller INSFENI does seem to care a lot about customer service and support. They offered me a full refund (which I did not need since I already received for Amazon) or different insoles. This seller seems trustworthy and good to buy from if you are considering getting insoles. If you buy the wrong one, they will help you.

My weight is around 170lb, Upon inserting these into my shoes, I felt the support but I dont think they will hold up in a year or so. I can still feel foot pain after a long day. I won't buy these again.They're only good if it's $10 and you need them right away

Paid big bucks for custom arch that was not as good as this. Tried it on archeology trip to Turkey. Walked 60 miles that month. Very nice. Already bought second one for dress shoes. Easy to trim.

My feet are not flat but almost. My right ankle turns in and when I was diagnosed with MS, it started getting worse. I had art support that I had gotten from my mom, old school, and they worked great. But I knew it was time for a fresher pair. I took a chance and bought these and honestly, I’m glad I did. They totally help with the arch support and I can actually stand for longer periods of time to do whatever I need. Definitely recommend if you had the same issue

When ordering these insoles I was certain they would be comfortable as I've never really had a hard time finding a decent pair. Usually any high arch insoles work for me, but these ones hurt standing within five minutes. My weight is 233 pounds.

Just to level set, I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, this means I'm in constant pain, especially in my feet and hands. Most most nights I can't have my feet or hands touching the mattress in our bed, I need to strategically hang my feet off the side in just the right way to avoid any other pressure points. Similarly my hands have to be suspended in mid air, without touching the mattress.That aside, I wasn't expecting a lot from these insoles. I've spent well over $1K in custom orthotics, and hundreds more on off the shelf insoles. None of them would provide any real relief from the constant pain.When I first put these in my shoes, I thought they weren't going to last, the pressure points didn't feel great at all, but I stuck it out. Now 1 week in, I can wear shoes for several hours before they start to drive me crazy. This is quite amazing because ordinarily anything close to 1 hour was enough to drive me insane and I had to get them off. I also haven't been able to tie my shoes for the better part of a decade because of the pressure the laces would put on the top of my foot, no matter how loose I left the laces. Well I can actually have my laces done up, albeit very loosely but nonetheless they're tied hehe... I'm not going to say they have cured my FM, the reality is my feet still hurt a lot, but equally real is the fact I can actually walk my kids to school and back and not feel like I can't have my feet touch the floor for the rest of the day!Overall they've been very impressive, I'm so happy I got them, and will definitely recommend them to others. I still can't sleep with my feet on the mattress but it's nice to know I can go for a walk without wanting to scream from the pain when I get home.Great product!
