Grasshoppers Women's Canyon Slip-On Flat

These shoes were exactly what I was expecting- which in a shoe is a very good thing. I have very wide feet and have trouble finding shoes to fit. I took a chance and ordered the C/D width rather than spending the extra $5 for the E width. While they are a little snug width wise, not uncomfortably so; and I believe they will stretch with some normal wear. Don't be surprised if they look narrower than they are though when you get them. They have a good padded "foot", which is pretty comfortable. As far as length goes, I do not find them to be too long or short. I ordered my exact size and they were a good fit. Looks wise, well as I said before they were what I expected. They aren't the most fashionable shoe out there, but they are about as cute as you can get with the Velcro strap across the middle. I give them 4 stars rather than five just because of their look, but I got exactly what I expected when I ordered so I have no complaints. If you like the picture, take the chance and buy these inexpensive shoes.

Goodbye TOMs and Ked's, and hello Grasshoppers!Yes, the sizing is a bit off - I usually wear 7M, and since everyone said they run large, I wanted to get a 6.5 in regular width, but they were out in the color I wanted. So I got 6.5 wide, which were perfect in WIDTH, but not in length. They are still slightly big on me, but the adjustable velcro strap in the front is enough to make the shoes fit perfectly tight. So sizing down one whole size would make sense for most people - I could have gotten 6M or if I wanted more comfortable fit, I could have gotten 6W.But really, they are so comfortable and so cute and so versatile - goes with virtually anything. Really highly recommended for those looking for easy, comfortable slip-ons.

I use these shoe for "around the house", instead of slippers. I have narrow feet and I often have trouble finding shoes that fit, especially slip-ons - I bought these shoes in a narrow size and they fit perfectly and comfortably. This is actually the second pair I've had - my first pair wore out after about 3 years. I do not wear them as street shoes because I need more arch support, but I think for someone without that problem, these shoes would be very comfortable for all-day use.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to say that these are the best casual sneakers I've ever owned. I walk quite a bit to get to work and since I have flat feet I really needed something comfortable but not too athletic. I tried these on at the store and felt like I had placed my feet inside pillows, THAT GOOD. I only give it a four because they could be a little more modern looking/stylish, but for comfort these are perfect. Cushiony padding, arch support, and the back never scratches up my ankles. I will be getting these in tan soon.

I received my sneaker early, They are though a little loose but with the strap that goes over the top of the sneaker tighten them up enough to where I don't have any trouble keeping them on my feet. I have a very narrow foot and very hard to fit, but these seem to do the trick for me. I plan on wearing them our vacation, which I will be doing a lot of walking. I am also a diabetic & it is hard to find a shoe that doesn't hurt my feet. I would recommend these shoes to any one. The real test for me is when we go on our vacation.Lorraine.

I have a narrow foot and when shoes aren't offered in a narrow width, I normally can't wear them. This shoe has the velcro closure, so I can pull it tighter to make a more snug fit... and these sneakers are so comfortable, I've now purchased a pair in every color ordered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all. I definitely would have rated these 5 stars if they were available in a narrow width... and I'd love to find a pair in red... hope Grasshopper Shoes see this review :o).

Just got this shoe so it may be too early to tell, but so far I like everything about it. I got it for its casual look and the color - I wanted something to wear with jeans. It's lightweight but also sturdy enough to cushion my feet so I don't pound the pavement when I walk (I have joint problems). It fits perfectly right out of the box and I don't even have to adjust the velcro strap on top, but it's nice to have that option. I recommend these sneaks.

I bought these for my Mom who wears an 8 Wide. I bought the 8 C/D in the Canyons and found the length to be ok, but the width was skimpy for a 'wide'. Some other grasshoppers don't offer an 'E' width like these shoes did, and I've ordered the C/D in other grasshoppers and they fit her fine, so perhaps I should have known to order the 'E'. But aside from the width, I didn't like the way the inner soles just popped out, leaving a cheap cardboard inner sole exposed. So they may look great on the outside, and they may feel great on those whom they fit properly, but this just wasn't the shoe for my Mom.
