I was referred by a coworker about getting this product and I am really happy I did. It did exactly what I needed it to do. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition and it works perfect. The instructions are simple. I am so glad it work so well. There’s no pain and not noise using this product. This works fine. My only complaint is that it's pretty loud when you are using it in your ear. I still like this better than the spray bottle versions since it's a continuous stream.

Wasn’t sure how to use it property in the beginning so I wasn’t impressed but for someone who has excessive ear wax once I figured it out this product was a game changer. For the first time in years I can hear a lot better and my head doesn’t feel clogged.

I like that this product was easy to use. I used it on my daughter and then myself a few times, but didn't see much of anything come out with the water. I expected to see a good amount of gunk, but it could be that we just didn't have much to clean out. I did expect more to come out though.

We ordered the 'other' ear cleaner, and it seemed bulkier, and luckily it did not work. We replaced it with this one, and i am much happier. easy to work, easy to see the water level, easy to get the water out (just shake the bottom). My husband loves it, and I think he can hear better. Highly recommend!
