Awesome case for a Retropie (3B+)
Setup everything per instructions, attached the fan, heatsinks to main components, booted up Retropie using the official Raspberry PI image creator. Setup the Retropie controller config, plugged in mouse/keyboard to install the safe shutdown script, followed the instructions from Github, had to set the keyboard layout to my country (USA), after I curl'd the script and installed the raspberry pi could be safely shutdown using the on/off switch, reset switch works perfect as well.Overall 10/10, works perfectly if you follow the setup instructions and download the safe shutdown script from their Github.Game support for retro games is great with Emulation Station. Only problems I had were with newer games like N64 or Playstation and higher, these games the CPU struggles with audio and input lag because the ARM based smaller CPU cannot keep up with the dynamic code from these N64 games.I would suggest playing only NES/SNES and more older games from before 1999 on this. Thanks!

Good bundle
This was my first attempt at building a retropie box and the NES design was perfect for this. I love the functional power and reset buttons, but you will need to run a script from the terminal to get them to work correctly and have the power light illuminate. Everything went together easily, there are numerous youtube videos with this exact case to install your raspberry pi if you need help. ***Word of caution, when installing the fan, do not over tighten the screws or you will have 3 white dots on top of the case where the screw is pushing up against the plastic.***The controllers are the disappointing part of the bundle. They are cheap and non responsive at times. I wish that I had saved the $10 and purchased the bundle without the controllers and purchased those separately. All in all, i cant complain too much as I feel the case is worth the price, and to have a fan and heatsinks thrown in is a nice bonus.

Amazing build quality and accuracy... Support these people now!
I'm lazy and rarely write reviews, however this case is amazing. You can tell a lot of love and detail went into designing this. It's very well built and very accurate - down to the underside storage and placement of the screw holes! Amazing.I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and had no problems installing - although naturally, the pieces are a pretty tight fit. Don't forget to download the soft power script to get the power button working properly. Also, the fan I got with this kit fit perfectly (purchased on 4/25/2018), so hopefully yours will too.

Great case crummy controllers.
Build quality of the case is very good. Assembly was very easy and went together fast so anyone no matter what mechanical skill level could assemble this. The velvet bag is a nice touch to store the system when not in use. My only negative with this kit is the horrendous cheap controllers! Seriously do not order the controller bundle. That said I love everything else about this GeekPi kit.

Great product.
I have ordered 2 of these. The first one was a build for my mother in law and I was so impressed by the quality, I had to build one for myself. I felt like I actually knew what I was doing.

Awesome Pi Case - easy installation
This case is the missing link when it comes to a usable Raspberry Pi Emulator. The working power and reset buttons make it easy enough for my dad or kids to use.The case took about ten minutes to put together. You really have to fight the screws to get them to screw in.Installation of the power button script was simple. I would recommend downloading the installation script from a PC and copying it to the pi via USB or Samba Share.

Great look, super quiet...Highly recommend!
Simply put, this case is excellent.Positives: Well built, the fan is super quiet, the controllers work well with most games. The case colors were almost identical to the original. Everything fit well upon installation.Negatives: They did not include instructions for installing the fan. The screws didn't tighten properly when putting the case together. All in all, I would highly recommend this case to anyone building a Raspberry Pi system.

Solid nostalgic case for a RetroPie build!
The case feels solid and premium. Installation of the Pi (in my case, 3B+) was super easy. Makes for an excellent retro gaming console case. Design is clean and properly proportionate compared to a real NES.If I could have done it again, I’d have ordered it without the 2 controllers. They are fine as toys (good for my kids because they throw controllers when they lose!) but have a bit of lag and feel cheap. I can’t complain for the price, though. I ordered Retroflag SNES style controller for $20 and I’ll let the kids slowly destroy these cheap ones. Also, I think the Ethernet port should be relocated to the rear of the unit. I don’t like having to keep the “cartridge slot” open just to keep Ethernet connected. I use wireless for my current build though so again, minor annoyance.Overall I’m a happy customer and will go to this brand for similar products in the future.

Great Product. Well designed.
It is hard to find fault with this unit. I read the reviews about the fan. If you put the fan in backward the screws do not secure the fan to the base. if the label of the fan points toward you as you install it, there are no issues. I did note only three screws were required. Note: the fan does make some noise but it is the Pi Fan that is sold for the Pi. I guess that better instructions for installing the fan might be an improvement.I have loaded the safe software on the Pi (I used the URL provided). I am using the Safe power off and Safe reset. I loved that there was a slide switch to enable this. Using the standard on/off cuts power immediately, the reset interrupts power temporarily to get the reset. Nice to have until you put in the code into the pi to work in conjunction with the case.I like the power LED next to the on/off button. Using the safe reset it flashes when it is going to turn off, until it is completely off, then is off itself.I have not had to deal with the support for this product, as everything was perfect. The shipping was faster than I expected. I ordered it on the Sunday and it arrived on the Monday. Notifications worked great.I will likely buy another if this unit holds up as expected.
