IDEAL 365 Office Fabric Operator Chairs 2 lever PCB (Blue, No Arms)

Good quality comfortable sturdy chair and easy to assemble. Delivered quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone.

Having lived with this chair for a few more weeks I felt compelled to come back and amend this review. The seat cushion and it's stiff backing has come away from the back panel of the chair. The entire top half of the seat back needs these two pieces connected to remain stiff and now they're not connected any more that whole top half flexes a LOT, making leaning back in the chair very uncomfortable. I cannot in good conscience recommend this chair for the price it is set at (£69). It simply isn't worth that much. I am going to be replacing it as soon as I can afford to.Previous review:For the price I paid I can't be disappointed in this chair really. It's comfortable even for long periods. The fabric it's made from feels like it is very hard wearing. I think it's the probably best seat I have personally bought in this price range (£50 - £70). However, there are niggles I have found with this chair in the past two months. The arms are very very low. I can't lean my elbows on both at the same time even though I'm a distinctly average 5'10" tall. To put one elbow on the arms I have to lean over uncomfortably. While we're talking about the arms, they flex some when you put your weight on them to stand. They don't seem like they'd break, but it's unnerving nevertheless. When you press on the seat back you can feel a hard rib running across it beneath the cushioning at the thickest part. It's not a problem now but I think after several months of daily use when the padding has worn thin it would prove uncomfortable to lean against. Finally the back rest has a height adjustment that refuses to stay up where I want it no matter how tight I turn the knob that holds it there.

I bought this chair because I was not satisfied with the previous one I bought. It was more expensive, but worth it. It is good quality, with a padded rather than hard plastic back, which provided support. Overall it is comfortable, adjustable both for height and angle of back and with arms of adjustable height.It was quite easy to assemble, except that it wasn't clear whether the sloping down tips went at the front or the back - they can be fitted either way. I put mine at the front and that seems to work fine.

The actual chair is good quality and very comfortable and sturdy once assembled however the wrong screws were sent and were too short to reach the base, I ordered three chairs and all were the same. Slightly annoying however we had spares at work so wasn’t the end of the world.

Unfortunately, the holes on the bottom of the chair did not line up with the holes to add the arms and therefore the chair could not be assembled and had to be returned

Delivered quickly and efficiently-only issue was the colour of the chair was darker than shown more a dark grey than a light grey

Started to assemble these and after several attempts to get the arms on found they did line up with any of the bolt holes. Cleary the arms and the base did not belong together. Sent it back, which was easier said than done as they insist t's taken into a shop, no home collection offered.

This is a lovely, comfortable high back operator’s chair -and the price is terrific. Indeed I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a second one. My carer assembled it in a jiffy - so no problems there.If you wish to make comparisons with other suppliers, this particular model is the Vantage V100-00.The only downside is that the very wide delivery window is to be taken very seriously – and not a ploy to please you when your goods arrive before the due date.The first chair was a day late - and the second was two days late. This really is not a problem if (like me) you are largely housebound, but some people might find the wait a little frustrating. Having said all that - you really won't find this wonderful chair at a keener price than the one offered by Ideal 365.
