Color almost matches our current carpet. Simple design which is all I needed. My cat just lounges at top to get away from our dog. Love the extra 2” the basket areas have. Our cat is a little tubby so smaller ones tend to not work. Very sturdy. Came almost fully assembled. Only had to screw down 4 screws for the top basket. Pretty self explanatory. I do recommend having someone help hold the basket while someone puts weight on a drill to screw them down to make sure they go in straight and secure.

I would recommend this cat tree once you manage to attach the top level. It is sturdy, nice-looking, and the "beds" are perfect for large (or small) cats. However, pay attention to other reviews.The carpet quality is not as good as that of some trees we own, and there is no carpet on the bottoms of the lower two beds, which makes the edges easy for cats to shred.The real problem though is attaching the top bed. It comes with four screws sticking up in the middle of it. The idea is simple: attach the top bed to the wooden post. However, as other reviewers have noted, the holes are not pre-drilled, and the solid wooden post is VERY solid. Neither we nor a power drill could get the screws into the post, so we screwed them through the top level, lined them up on the post, marked, and then pre-drilled holes in order to screw the screws tight. Even then, screwing the screws tight was difficult. I don't understand why the company can't send the tree assembled except that would require a bigger (wider) box which would no doubt cost more for them to ship.The cats like the tree, but I would hesitate to order from this company again if "some assembly is required."

Ok, i know their faces dont show it lol but they love it and havent gotten off since i put it together an hour ago.Very big and sturdy, doesnt wobble when they jump on or off.

I have had this project for four years now and it is still in good shape with two cats using it. It is sturdy and the cats really like it.

I’ve been buying cat trees from New Cat Condos for years now. They used to be outstanding quality at a reasonable price. Now it’s just reasonable quality. Carpet seems cheap and has a strong odor this time. It’s not as sturdy as I expected it to be, based on prior purchases. Top perch is a little small for my 13 pound cat. Last three I purchased did not have these problems. My mom recently purchased a cat tree directly from them and it arrived broken. Customer service never responded so she had to file a credit card claim. This time I purchased through Amazon so I could get help if there was an issue. Normally I prefer to buy direct but in this case I do NOT recommend that.
