So, I wanted a 2 in 1 laptop and instead got a hot mess. TLDR; Avoid buying this. There's probably a better art laptop out there somewhere that wont burn your fingers.This laptop was pretty alright for the first month or so. I mainly bought and used it for illustrating in the Adobe suite. This being my first drawing laptop, I was really enjoying the novelty of using a pen right on the screen.Then it starts to BSOD when running anything or just simply existing. You know, after the Amazon return window passes. I then called Acer support and was told to factory reset everything and reinstall the OS. Which actually fixed the issue.That said, the laptop now gets so hot near the exhaust ports that it hurts to touch near there for very long. The heat being generated has actually caused the white of the computer near the ports to start and turn yellow. Which is pretty insane. It really heats up when using the graphics card if you're playing any sort of even low requirement game. I've never used a laptop that's heated up like this and I do not think it's normal.Finally, the battery life and power options on this laptop are... not great. It consumes energy like crazy. The battery will last maybe 2 hours unplugged. This is a joke considering the description says 14 hours of battery life. I would think that a brand new laptop wouldn't have such an abysmal battery life but, here it is, needing to be constantly plugged in.

I have purchased this item two times total. For the first one, the laptop had a problem with either battery or charging. After I called the Acer customer center, I decided to return the first one. For the second one, hoped the another product would not have any issue, I repurchased the exact same laptop from the same seller. And I just found out the same problem, which the laptop has the battery or charging issue. Acer doesn't deserve a second chance. This is very disappointing.

Favorite laptop I’ve ever owned. Sadly the battery life isn’t fabulous, but the rest of it is absolutely amazing!

As stated. Brand new out of the box. Battery doesn't charge when plugged in. Seems like other buyers have had the same problem. Nice computer if only it worked. Have had other acer products and they have been good.

Soy ilustrador, Me encanta la laptop, los únicos puntos malos son la poca bateria, aun que uso el brillo al 100. Mi cargador tengo que estarlo moviendo a veces para que carge, ya que no entre bien a veces, la pluma no es buena para dibujar, requiere comprar una pluma wacom y son caras, los colores se ven un poco diferentes comparado con mis monitores benq de diseño, pero se puede calibrar y el sonido no es fuerte, las bocinas las tiene en la parte de abajo y hace que se obstruya el sonido cuando la sientas en la cama, en mi opinión es un mal diseño de poner las bocinas abajo, entiendo que es para el modo portátil, pero yo casi no lo uso, mi monitor tiene habilidad para cargar la laptop mediante usbc, pero la laptop no carga, se supone que debería en el thunderbolt pero no. Fuera de eso esta todo bien y la volvería a comprar sin duda alguna, es ligera y brillo, rapida, calidad de imagen, pantalla excelente.

Bad computer, doesn't charge, and I returned and requested the refund, and the refund is still pending for over a month.

Plugged it in, added my programs and files, started getting battery warnings. I turned it off, left it plugged in. Turned it back on and it had not charged. Tried a different outlet, etc. Drained to zero. Returned. Had to return it with my files too. Fortunately the important things are password protected.

Ya llevo al menos dos meses usándola y estoy muy contenta, llevaba un tiempo checando computadoras y esta llamó mi atención ya que me dedico a la ilustración, de verdad quedé encantada, tiene unos gráficos y colores geniales, además de funciones muy útiles, fue una buena decisión comprarla.
