This is my new #1 pan to go to,I love this pan.I have never used a pan with this coating .Its an awesome pan,,,heavy built and wipes clean,Nice pan/...bad handle,,,,UPDATE,,,The company sent me a handle replacement..Thats great service,,Thaks os much for caring about your product!!!!!!

Even burned on foods can easily be easily be cleaned even without scrubbing.

Exceptional pan. The heat distributes well. The finish is excellent. I recommend you keep it ‘seasoned’ to keep the nonstick surface nonstick. I would definitely buy again.

Got the pan this week, and am really liking it. It's very light, sits well, and is certainly nonstick. It also looks good, and the wooden handle is great for not getting warm. I used it on an induction hob and it was very easy to heat and handle.On the down side, I noticed that the inner surface had a minor unevenness on the wall of the pan. I hope it won't be an issue going forward - barely noticeable with the naked eye, but you feel a small bump if you run your finger over it. I'd still recommend the pan - I like it.

The perfect frying pan for making sauces that need fairly large amounts of liquid, without slopping over the edges.Grooves make it easy for pouring, everything just slides out and cleaning the pan is simplicity itself.Highly recommended.
