The wings are small on an adult, but not too small--the straps still fit me well and the narrow wingspan is actually nice when you are trying to maneuver around without damaging the wings. They seem pretty sturdy, with only a few wrinkles from packaging. They are very glittery and you and everything you own will soon be glittery too (that's a critique on glitter rather than this specific product). The ears are surprisingly nice--I don't understand how they stay on so well with just a vague hook, but I wasn't really afraid of them falling off. Because they were too pale for even my skin tone, I show a couple of before and after pics of when I brushed on some foundation and dusted the edges with blush. This went a long way to making them look more real and a better match. The foundation would need to be reapplied before each use, but it was an easy process. Considering the fair price, this is a small price to pay.

These shed glitter like crazy. I didn't even put them on. They're going to make a mess of wherever they are.
