Wow!! I had used a very expensive hip thrust machine in a hotel gym. I loved it but wasn't going to spend 3k on a machine. I have a large well stocked gym but this was the last piece to the equipment I needed and coveted. I had brought a Velcro strap device for dumbbells on Amazon that worked well enough, but was not great. I saw this and went online and found a gentleman who had the same device in his home gym. He explained the pros and cons and I was sold. The shipping was quick. I missed a sale on prime day by a day::((. The unit is sturdy and well designed. It took my husband the better part of the day to assemble it. Of note, this machine does have a large footprint and we had to find an area in our gym that would accommodate it. It is not the ideal spot(hard to manuever in and out of it) since we had to place it against an exterior wall/window. That would be the biggest drawback of this unit. I love this machine and it works exactly as expected. The first few days have definitely kicked my butt, as expected. No pain, no gain. This machine is awesome! On a side note, the machine also allows for you to use the footplate as a slant board. I have started doing dumb bell squats on it. Very sturdy and no foot slippage on the incline.

Overall great value. Looks awesome! Hinges and bearings are smooth, padding is soft, 315lbs is quite the load on it.I'm not sure it really will hold 800lbs like the title says but it does hold 315lb.Product came in two middle weight but awkward boxes. Very well packaged with copious amount of tape. Pretty simple to put together... but I've had the unfortunate pleasure of putting together products from China before.Will update as use and time progresses.

I have been eyeing this piece for a while and got a good deal on prime day. Shipping was quick and arrived in two boxes. I used both the instruction book and short youtube video to walk me through setting it up. It was fairly simple and I was able to put it together alone in about 2 hours. I'm 5'4 and this works out perfectly for me, the back pad is comfortable and I am able to keep proper form, not sure how it would work for taller individuals. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Now that I have a couple of workouts in with this hip thruster I absolutely love it! The product arrived in good condition as it was well packed. The assembly was straight forward with easy to understand diagrams and illustrations. The gauge of metal is right for a home gym or light commercial use, some the small details were impressive like the zerk fittings on the main bearings.I will say that my only small gripe is that my height 6'2" causes the locking bar to press rather snug against me while I am getting in to position, an allowance for taller people would have been great. I am looking forward to years of service from this well built and robust piece of equipment, well worth the price.

Good product for the price

This machine exceeded my expectations, Im a 46 years old young lady lol 5’2 I put it together by myself, I was a little concerned if it was going to work with my height but thank goodness it did, easy to load but not too much room for rubber bumper plates, well crafted, non sharp edges, every piece aligned as it should, I highly recommend this product, Im not getting anything back for this review, Im just sharing my experience to help others to know what they are getting!!

We have been wanting a hip thrust machine for a while now and are very happy with this purchase! The back pad is really comfortable and supportive...SO much better than using a barbell and stabilizing on a weight bench 😵‍💫. It is very user friendly, the sturdiness is wonderful, and our glute workouts have definitely felt a noticeable difference! Highly recommend this to anyone in the market.

I'm a woman and was able to put this together by myself without difficulty. The machine definitely hits the target zone so you will feel it in your glutes. I was surprised how easy it is to use it and it makes doing hip thrusts a lot more comfortable and you will feel safer and supported. There was one small puncture hole in the seat padding but that's not a big deal to me. I still 100% recommend.
