I'm a bigger guy, and this chair is perfect for me. It's large, sturdy, comfortable, and easy to assemble, and I like that the armrests can raise out of the way if I want a little extra space. The seller is fantastic as well, working with me to quickly and easily resolve an issue with one of the arms.Highly recommended; I've bought several chairs off of Amazon and this is by far my favorite.

I needed new chair and so I purchased this one. The comfort level is not what was advertised as the seat is a bit hard for me. The chair is very well made, the seat is wide enough, though not quite long enough for me. But it is extremely well made and heavy duty. Others who have used the chair find it is just fine for them and they like the feel.

I bought this chair because I was looking for a big comfy chair to use all day at work but this chair is awful. I don’t know how this is considered to be “big and tall” design - I’m 5’6 and the chair is too low for me even on its tallest height. If you were a tall person with longer legs your knees would be in your chest while sitting in it.The chair material is a matte texture which I thought I would like but after sitting in it a few days I have found that the stickiness of the material means its difficult to shift your position in the chair without standing up first because your clothing sticks to the chair.I will be returning this one.

Product shipped quickly, assembled easily (you do need 2 people for one assembly step) and so comfortable. Love the flip up arms so I can slide it under my desk with our having to adjust the height each time.

Comfortable and low enough for my short legs but after less than a month it squeaks like crazy when I move and I move a lot.

Update - July 2 - Well creaking away lol - took a star off for that. Chairs still okay but disappointed with the creaking already.original review - 5'10 200 lb guy here for reference - had my previous office chair for just 2 years and already creaking badly driving me nuts - it was rated for 300 lbs I think. I decided to go for a big and heavy type chair and got this one. I assembled it myself - tip, after putting seat cushion on - put the chair on one side on the floor, adjust the side arm rest to 50% only! The instructions didn't stress this unless you saw the small inset figure. Then put the chair on the other side, and repeat for the other arm rest again to 50%. Now you can slide the back part in between the arm rests - again tighten to 50% first, then gently on other side and again 50% (be mindful of extra weight now when putting chair on its side) Finally tighten everything up. I had to get a larger 2XL tshirt to put on the back part as my previous XL tshirt was a bit too tight. I tossed all the screw covers - I keep them open as its easier to tighten with the allen wrench when needed and I don't think it looks too bad. Appreciate that the included Allen wrench has a handle for ease of use. I love the soft material on the arm rest, so much more comfy than my previous chairs! Pretty happy so far for what I paid for this chair, i like the back support and posture in the chair. One slight ding, the website says 500 lbs rating but the chair package said 400 lbs - just something to note

I was starting to feel like Goldilocks…. This was my third office chair. The first one had very little padding, so it was pretty hard. The second one, for some reason the seat tilted down in the front, so I had to keep adjusting myself. This chair?? OMG, it’s perfect!! The seat is wide and cushy. The arm rests fold up, so I’m able the push the chair all the way to the desk when I’m done for the day. I should have started with this one!! Oh, and it doesn’t creak when I’m in and out of the chair, so smooth~
