Armor LV25 Solvent Based Acrylic High Gloss Wet Look Cure and Seal for Concrete and Pavers - 5 Gallon (LV25-5 GAL - 700 VOC)

I just installed a new 30x30 shop and was debating on how to seal the floors. After watching reviews I landed on just clear coating with an enamel based product. Originally Eagle was recommended but then I came across the Armor brand, settling on the LV25.Very little prepping was needed on a new floor so I lucked out on that. Just a little mopping and a getting up few blood drips from an installer who obviously cut himself. We chose to roll on the product. Now, I did put sand in the 5 gallon pail since I was concerned about slippage when wet but I did 1/2 the recommended amount since I was concerned with too much grip. I'm glad I did. You can see the sand in the coating. Too much and I don't think sweeping would have been easy.Even with the sand this stuff pours like water. A couple of rollers and my wife an I had the floor coated in less than an hour, even with trimming the edges. We used about 2 gallons.It dried overnight and I was walking on it by morning. I saw a few thin spots so we decided to put a second coat. I would caution on rolling a second coat as it really doesn't need it and for some reason it's easy to leave roller marks. All-in-all for a 30x30 building with two coats we used may be 4 gallons and it's absolutely beautiful!It tracks easy leaving footprints but that's to be expected. They sweep right up. I'm setting up steel shelves and although the coating is pretty robust, it can't stand up to steel scrapes and leaves scratches. Easy to fix later with a brush.We have a one car and a two car garage as well as out front and back porches that will also be getting treated with Armor LV25.

It’s an acrylic base vs a water base sealant so the properties to adhere, seal, and protect against outside elements are outstanding.Applies very easy with a roller. I applied this to my aggregate rock patio about a month ago which has constant sun all day and so far it still looks amazing! I’ve tried many sealants but by far, this one is superior.Odor not to bad when applying and was a great value compared to some I’ve used previously.

Turn white in our heat peels off vary fast. Also smells really for a week. Email company they want to blame hard water but I don’t hose it off I used blower 10 gallons and 450 later has to be done again. I used on my brand new paver one yr old. I would used a different company brand should have just went to home depot at lease they would stand up for a refund. Junk

As you can see by the before and after pictures it is a lot of difference in the stamped concrete. This concrete has never be sealed so I had a feeling I would have to purchase more product. I put on two coats and was so pleased with it I purchased a total of 3 five gallon containers so I could also treat inside my pool bar and bath. I also sealed my front porch and steps as well as the sidewalk around my house to the pool area in two coats as well.

The application is straightforward and dries very fast. Also, my old driveway looks great. If you follow the instructions, as I did, you will recognize this item as the most excellent sealer on the market.

This product is perfect for sealing our backyard stampcrete. It revitalized the cement to look like new. It is shiny, but not slippery. It evened put the faded collrs of the stampcrete. We are thoroughly pleased with this product. It is better tan any sealant bought at a higher price!

We just concreted our back yard and needed a product that would cure and seal. This was really easy to apply using a long handle and paint roller. We applied two coats. It brought out the color of the stamped concrete and the sheer was perfect. We did not want a to glossy look and really like the finish.

After just one coat the pavers looked even better than new. And their Customer Service helped me avoid buying much more product than I ended up needing. I’m thrilled with the material and the manufacturer.
