Tru-Spec Security Friendly Tactical Belt

Belt is comfortable to ware, but not real stiff, in case you need that. I like it better than a stretch type belt, because you don't have to tighten it as much to secure your paints and anything you happen to be carrying on it. I find it easy to tight the belt to any tightness I may want. I just put the belt through the 1st. slot in the buckle and pull on the end to cinch the belt as tight as I want it, then lift the other side of the buckle to clamp down and hold that tightness. Next, I feed the end of the belt through the 2nd slot in the buckle and pull it tight to lock the tightness I want. Easier to do, than for this 77-year-old to explain! I use as an E.D.Carry belt for a full-size pistol. Compared to one of my double thickness, nylon E.D.C. belts, this isn't as good, but for the price and all things considered, this belt isn't bad, actually pretty good. My last thing, I have 3 of these belts, I buy them a little longer than needed, so if I need to take my paints down for any reason, (like to go poo), I can loosen the belt up enough without actually unfastening it completely, then do what I need to do and my gun and holster stay secure and not sliding off my belt and/or dropping to the floor. I got thru the metal detectors at two airports recently without a problem and without having to remove my belt. The quality of the belt seems good and should hold up for many more trips to the airport.

bought this for my husband whose 300+lbs and is allergic to the metal materials used in belt buckles. He used to get rashes and break out from metal belt buckles and hasn't since using this belt. he's been using it for over a month now and it is kind of hard to use at first because its stiff but it works well for the most part. he states that it does not stay tight around his waist for too long before he has to tighten it again do to there being no belt loop holes. but he states that he likes this belt way more than his previous belts with belt loops. its also easier to use the restroom with this belt. The only reason i didn't give this 5 stars is because it doesn't stay tight before having to retighten it or readjust after too long of wearing it. i bought a size 2X for him and he wears a size 42-44 in jeans. fits good, not a whole lot of room for slack so if you like slack i would go up a size.

I bought this because I needed a belt that would be inconspicuous, would stay put without loosening, and that was long enough to fit me (currently about 5'5" and 320 lbs).I have a big butt that is disproportionate to my waste so when I wear jeans they tend to slip down constantly (bc they are tight in the rear but not around the waist). I needed to find a belt that wouldn't add much bulk and would stay put without loosening over the course of the day so that I didn't have to hold the back of my pants up with one hand anytime I stood up or walked around to keep from showing off my buttcrack (big booty ladies out there, I know you understand).It was surprisingly hard to find a long enough belt for my plus size waist, especially in retail stores. This belt ended up being perfect. It is sturdy without being bulky, comfortable to wear and doesn't loosen at all, which surprised me since the buckle is just one of those slip through plastic things. If using this to attach something to carry around, like a holster or something, I'm confident that it would hold it up well without sagging or anything. You could easily use this as a full on utility belt if you're Batman or some other vigilante hero.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Upon reading reviews, there's a hidden pocket built in, and I have no idea why it exists either. You can fit maybe a couple quarters, but that's it.Anyways, on to the product itself, there's not much to say, and for good reason. The width of the belt's neck is fairly bulky compared to some other nylon belts I have, but quite frankly it still fits, and does so very snugly. This helps it bear a load of weight with increased efficiency, I've come to realize, but it is not particularly comfortable if sitting down or needing mobility for long periods of time. However, that's not the point of this belt.In terms of function, it has no moving parts, which is perfect, and it's fast to put on, adjust, and it doesn't come loose. If you want this belt for rugged purposes, it does the job. Period. This isn't hard to come by in nylon belts, but the one I got in coyote brown looks bronze, given nylon's luster, and is quite good looking, too. Not the best looking nylon belt I've seen, but better than some.For serious use, I don't know what else you could possibly want.

Update its 2019Belt looks almost new. Only place is where gun sits and only has lost flatness about 3%. Have washed the belt over 10 times and no damage, not even from dryer.Only conAfter almost 2yrs every day wear, is top of buckle hurts my stomach. Leaves it hurting after end of day. Think it has to do with it not being smooth and having marks that you feel. Remember I do have a big belly so that will not be a CON to others. That is why not taking a star awayAbout fit perfect I wear a 54 size pants and the 4x fits me perfectly. The belt buckle and it's the perfect size that doesn't pinch my stomach like the previous belt I had. The belt buckle has made very flat and smooth and I was wondering to myself how is he going to keep the belt from loosening and there is no problem there I guess it keeps it in by friction and at the end of the day I don't have to worry about fraying about like previous belts that have little lines or sharp buckles to keep it from losing extension. Don't have a tape measure but the 4X has about 4 to 6 in of extra belt which was wonderful to know

This is a very decent belt, feels a bit like cardboard, and does not stretch at all. This belt is very hard to tighten as you have to push and pull the belt through multiple times just to get it to feel snug. The belt features a small pocket that is about the size of a penny, and a band to hold the excess belt. Would be a higher rating if it were easier to tighten.
