They fit perfectly on Voyager Focus UC. My headset looks just like new.

The first thing to get out the way is that I don't have the correct model of headset, I knew that when I ordered. They looked a similar size, although I suspected they would be a little too big.I've got a Plantronics (now Poly)Blackwire 3220, which isn't listed as supported by this product. The headphones on my headset are a little smaller, so the fit isn't very snug, but to my surprise, it does actually fit, and hold in place, adding an extra layer of comfort.I suspect that it would be a little difficult to get on a compatible model, but once on they would be a good snug fit, and feel comfortable for the wearer. I wouldn't dismiss them for similar, but smaller size headsets though.

I was able to take the old earphone covers off my Voyager headset which I’ve owned and loved for many many years and replace them with these new funky coloured red covers replacing them was easy. Just take your time with it. They are comfortable over the ear I have seen no signs of were tearing them after a few weeks of using them. Yeah this is great. This is fantastic brilliant purchase Reusing a bit of kit that I love rather than having to replace it. I would highly recommend you get these if you need them.

Easy and quick to fit.

These fitted my old Plantronics Voyager 4220 UC headset perfectly, they don't have the L/R perforation, but that's not an issue really. Just wish I could find a replacement headband.

Easy to swap over. My headphones are like new again.
