Absolutely beautiful honey, very thick as good honey should be. It has a lovely flavor, sweet but not overly sweet with a slight hint of toffee. My new favorite honey!

I purchased the Montana Sweet Cover variety and it exceeded my expectations. I had run out of my usual brand and purchased a wildflower honey from the grocery store--such a disappointment. When this honey arrived and I opened the bottle, I tasted a bit from my fingertip and exclaimed, "Now *this* is honey!" Wonderful light golden color, clear, delightful. I'll use the other stuff for baking...maybe.

It's okay, but there is not a hint of Citrus flavor. if anything it's almost a buttery flavor. Nice and thick, good color, not what I expected from the name. I may try one of the other flavors, but will not be buying this one again.

Love this product raw and sweet 😋 about to get two more bottles.

I put this in bread, just a little bit, and I wiped the excess off the rim and licked my finger to taste it. It was not overly flavorful. I am not sure what I was expecting, but it was more that it was. I thought there would be more floral, more green, more anything. I am disappointed. It tastes like fine honey, but it is boring. I will not buy it again and I am sad I paid so much for it.
