Not as high lumens as rated.
I purchased two of these to replace my home depot's 14.5W 1575 lumens bulb in my dining room in hopes of getting better illumination (the models I bought here are supposed to provide 3500 lumens, so more than double). After installing I noticed there was no difference and pulled out my trusty photographer's light meter and measure light incidence on top of the dining table. The result was that this bulb provided pretty much the same amount of light as my much cheaper-kind of generic Home Depot brand bulb. I attached pictures of both bulbs and both light meter measurements. For reference, home depot's bulb asked for F8.02 while Sansi's much higher rated bulb asked for F8.08 (of it had only double lumens it should've been north of F11 for a full stop of light).I wrote them an email asking for an explanation.

Bought this instead of a light box; so far, very good
I live in the Pacific Northwest, so just right now it's raining about 27 hours per day and the sun rises at 11 am and sets at 2 pm. It is grim. After researching light boxes to treat SAD, I concluded that they're just a bunch of very bright, fullish-spec, low-UV bulbs in a box shape (box shape for reasons unknown), and picked up this set of bulbs. They arrived this morning, so I've had a miniature sun in place of the normal floor lamp by my desk all day.I am absolutely wired for sound and the color quality is lovely. I need to shut it down soon that I can hope to sleep again before March.10/10, would buy this monstrosity again.20181108 update: Having the desired effect. Great buy.

Amazing high-quality light output from such a compact bulb - 130 lumens per watt of electricity
Progress in LED light technology has been astounding over the past few years. This bulb, which is scarcely larger than a conventional 100 watt incandescent bulb, provides several times as much light while using just over a quarter as much electricity. I used one of these to replace a 58 watt double circular fluorescent light, itself a replacement for a conventional 150 watt incandescent bulb. Both the fluorescent light and this LED bulb reportedly produced 3500 lumens of light (more than double the light of a 150w bulb), but this bulb uses less than half as much electricity as the fluorescent light and it produces a much more natural-appearing light. The design of this bulb is definitely outside the box. Most of today's LED bulbs are made to look as conventional as possible, hiding away the LED components under a frosted glass dome. This bulb doesn't to that. Instead the LEDs are arrayed on the outside of a hollow ceramic base with slots designed to facilitate superior airflow and cooling. This keeps the LED elements much cooler than in most other bulbs, improving efficiency. The lack of a frosted glass diffuser over the bulb also helps to maximize light output, leading to an amazing lumen per watt ratio of almost 130. These bulbs are a bit pricey, but the added efficiency more than pays for itself over the life of the bulb. There are some downsides to these bulbs. As someone else pointed out, they're not certified and we have to trust in Sansi's honesty in reporting their specs. However, I can certainly attest to the brightness of these bulbs. Yes, they're made in China, but then so was my iPhone. The quality of this product speaks for itself. The lack of a frosted glass diffuser does result in harsher shadows from this bulb. The shadows are not as harsh as with a clear glass incandescent bulb, but they're noticeably sharp. I would not use these bulbs for direct lighting - in fact, the LEDs are painfully bright and should not be visible in use. These bulbs are best used for indirect lighting as in a torch light, or behind a diffuser or lamp shade. I would also note that the color rendering index is only 80. Although much better than some, it is a far cry from the 95+ CRI of some of the newest LED bulbs out there. Of course there is a trade-off between CRI and efficiency and unless one needs critically accurate color rendition, a CRI of 80 is adequate for most situations.Time will tell how well these bulbs function over their lifespan. The reported 25,000 hour life is only half that of comparable LED bulbs, but the 5 year warrantee makes these bulbs an excellent gamble.

INSANELY Amazing!!!
These lights are absolutely insane!!! They are so bright they light up the garage when the door and both windows are open. They make it light daylight inside and my outside lights are the brightest by 10x compared to the neighbors. I put 4 in my garage but really only use 2 at a time because they are just too bright with all 4 at night. The back porch is like day time at night with just one on. I had to return the two on the outside of my garage because they flickered too much. I guess my motion sensors dimmed them and these aren’t dimmable to I got the models below these that are and that solved the flickering. These lights are just amazing and have changed my life...lol. Being a mechanic is easy when you can actually see great...

Much better than CFL's
Bought these bulbs to replace the 150 watt equivalent Compact Fluorescents I had been using. These are far superior. They use about half the energy (22 W vs 40 W), stay cooler, produce more light (3000 vs 2600 lumens), and are a vast improvement all around. Unlike CFL's which buzz and require a warm-up period before they reach maximum brightness, these switch on instantly. The color is BRIGHT and crisp. I have the 3000K (warm light) ones and while they are more white and less yellow than the 2700K CFL's they replaced, it gives more of a "true-to-life" look that is less yellow and washed-out. I am not a photographer, but see how these might be ideal for that purpose. I actually use these for my indoor nursery where I start crops inside when it's too cold to put tomatoes, peppers, ornamental plants, etc directly in the ground. To me, the biggest advantage is how much smaller these are. The CFL's were nearly 7 inches long and extended past the hood of the fixtures I was using. This meant I had to attach a piece of cardboard as an additional shade, lest the protruding bulbs blind me.I have no doubt these new bulbs will result in faster growth of my green children. I'll be ordering this brand again! Seeing the improvement provided by LED bulb technology may even be the motivation I've been needing to switch my vegetable garden to be 100% indoors, to eliminate pests and unwanted pesticide exposure from nearby farmland.

Perfect!
I have a big office with very high ceilings and dark walls. I have to make video calls for work and previously on camera it would always look like I was in a dark, dingy room. This powerful bulb was the solution to my problem!

THE DAY STAR, IT BURNS!
Amazingly bright light. I can actually see clearly in my garage space now. Brighter than the 250W equiv CFL I previously had.I did have one minor hiccup: The maximum diameter of the bulb at 77mm turns out to be about 7mm too large for my existing fixture enclosure. I made a creative plan, but shrinking the physical size to A19 at the same brightness would be a nice improvement.
