Great for Keto and low carb baking
I regularly use Groovy Keto’s baking mixes and was so glad to see their own bamboo fibre. I’ve used this as a filler in a recipe I use to make Keto bread. The results exceed expectations! Makes my bread almost no carbs and super fluffy.

Perfect for keto cakes
Perfect for keto cakes, but can be used for any keto recipes that need flour. I wish it is cheaper, but eating healthy is not cheap these days anyway.

Too good to be true
I never write reviews, and I hate to sully a company doing keto stuff - this does has Amazing macros, but sometimes, things are too good to be true. This is one of them. It eats very strangely to be honest. Had to throw away the cake I made. Stick to almond flour for low enough carbs and edible snacks.

Best Keto flour alternative
This fibre is part of the new Keto flour alternative and tastes amazing in bread, scones and cakes. The flour recipe is on utube, from Victorias Kitchen. It’s as good as real flour when mixed as instructed. It’s bamboo fibre, egg protein powder and almond flour with a dash of xantham gum. Nobody can tell the difference when I make fresh bread.

Great product
Great product, I have been using it for pancakes, baps, wraps, rolls, cakes etc.. Very expensive comparing to normal flour, but lasts long and it's healthy.

Authentic texture of chewing cotton wool
I have tried this in many different recipes, and although it is good in that it is low in calories and carbohydrates, and it does not taste of anything, I always find it gives the biscuit or bread or cake the feeling of chewing on cotton wool. I've tried mixtures of almond flour, coconut flour, etc with this Bamboo fibre flour, but cannot escape the texture. Other reviewers of recipes using it rave about the benefits, so it my taste buds may be different.
