Not for every shower. My Occupational Therapist ruled it was too cumbersome for me .
I have an unusual shower arrangement that requires moving 2-3 feet from the water control to the shower head. I cannot reach either one from one position.

Easy to use
I like the shower chair and the swivel.Shakes a quite a bit and the lever to pull out to make the chair swivel is a bit on the cheap side for the cost. The pull lever is easily bent..you know it's poor quality if a 80 yo can bend it.
