Useful tool.
Great idea.

Useful bit of kit
Works well and makes it easier to hang painting. Only thing to watch out for is that the hooks on the tool are quite big so it doesn’t fit every painting, hence 4 stars.

Gets the job done… once you’ve figured out how it actually works
The Black+Decker MarkIT kit is one of those gadgets that seems idiot-proof until you’re standing there, tool in hand, trying to remember which bit goes against the wall. It does work — you’ll get your frames up straight and roughly where you meant them — but it takes a few rounds of trial and error before it feels natural. The marking device in particular could do with leaving a heavier impression; half the time I’m squinting at the wall wondering if that faint dot is the mark or a bit of dust. Once you get the hang of it, it’s handy enough, and certainly saves a few misplaced holes. Just don’t expect instant mastery straight out of the box. A solid, mildly fiddly little helper.

Works well
Very good for getting pictures hanging EXACTLY where you want them. Only trouble with this, and similar products, is the the hangers on the product are a bit fragile and if you break one while perhaps trying to hang on a larger type of picture or hanging mechanism you have to throw it away.

Only works with small paintings and rigid hook systems.
That shadow of a doubt, one of the most useless things I've ever bought. Absolutely couldn't do anything whatsoever in terms of marking the wall. It makes a massive list of assumptions about what the frame is like, what the hook on the frame is like, if it doesn't know if there's a hook or a bendy bit of string on the frame. It's basically not very useful for anything at all. Also, it only seems to work on small paintings, not large ones. Broadly, I don't think it's very good, and I would try some of the other painting hanging tools.

It’s pretty good.
I like this, but it isn’t perfect. If you are hanging a larger picture you need to hold the hanger in place while someone else removes the picture before you press the holes, otherwise you are having to press against the picture itself, which obviously you don’t want to do.

Instrumento muy útil, práctico y fácil de usar para dejar a nivel los chilillos o clavos para que el cuadro quede a nivel.

This made hanging the pictures in my new house so much easier. You are able to hang all different backings with it, and with ease.

Eine sehr gut Hilfe beim Bilder aufhängen. Leider ist der abstellbarea Abstand nur für große Bilder gut geeignet, könnte kleiner sein.
