Lots of storage, comfy bed, strong.

I installed the bed. It’s stable but some of the instructions were not clear, especially the final ones. I think I was suppose to drill but I couldn’t. The holes for the metal support that don’t make the mattress slide is in the opposite side of where it should be. The mechanism of the bed doesn’t work properly due to the weight of the mattress. It gets the job done as a bed, and I use the storage for easy to access things, hoping it won’t fall on my head. Definitely a two men job for sure…

I assembled it single handedly relatively easily but would be a lot easier with 2 people.

Quick delivery one part didn’t work but husband sorted it

When we received bed we thought we had missing parts but turned out they were sealed inside the headboard. We thought the instructions would off been in there to but knowhere to be seen! This made a job that should of been only taken about an hour to do most of the afternoon instead. Would not buy again.

So after waiting for 2 months, tones of delays, being flat out lied too, as to the whereabouts of the bed, i've finally recieved it, and oh boy. Starting off, it doesn't look the same as the photo, the dimensions are off, the visuals have clearly been altered, as has the frabric shapes. The instructions, jesosssss, i mean we all know the instructions for things can be bad, but these! These are ridiculous! Me and 2 other lads had to take apart and rebuild the bed 4 times because of the lack of information on the instructions. The arms to raise the bed have been left in water and rusted and are crap, because of the inner workings of those arms, the inside storage of the bed is SIGNIFICANTLY less that a standard raised bed! I got this to INCREASE my storage, not DECREASE it! You've got about 2 to 3 inches of usable storage space at the head of the bed, no storage in the centre due to the beam, and about 4 to 5 inches of storage space at the food of the bed, maximum! I've got LESS space now i've spent nearly 300 quid on a bed that was supposedly made for space! Also, you need power tools! There's no holes to install the legs so you need a drill for that, and a lot of the nuts and bolts need a drill to get them snug because they give you this childrens toy of a spanner that doesn't work because half the nuts are different sizes, even though the bolts are the same! When i unpacked, everything was covered in a layer of dust, even though they were in sealed boxes and bags, so clearly, someone didn't do their job right. Overall, the bed is NOT as described, the dimensions are off, the bed took 2 months to arrive, a month and a half overdue, instructions caused more issues than it solved, you need power tools and friends to help install everything, i'll be contacting customer support for help because this whole ordeal is ridiculous. Oh and for anyone who does purchase this in the future, no, you don't have 1 boxes, nope, you have 2 boxes, BUT, they put a third box, inside the second box, so the delivery men will be looking for 3 boxes, when in reality, you've only got 2, because 1 box will have 2 labels stuck on, so have fun with that 👍

Arrived on time but no fittings. Cannot find anywhere on Amazon to report this. So got in touch with the bed company who were very helpful and said they would send fittings in the post
