Q: Can I ask, are the soles cushioned or hard plastic??

Cushioned, however I have found the lace eyelets to be hard on laces. Nice boot though, for the money, which I wear for approx 50 hours a week.

Q: Does this boot stretch & become floppy

Had mine for a good while now and wear at least 40 - 50 hours per week. Not stretched or floppy yet. Very comfortable boot.

Q: what is the weight of this shoes?

Each boot abt 800g . Quite light, put insoles in !!
