I dropped my phone onto a hard floor and while my phone is perfectly fine, I was surprised that the case broke. I’ve been using this case since iPhone 11, 13, and now 15 for both myself and my partner. Dropped them numerous time. Never once broke. Normally I would just buy a new one but I only got this case for a month. So I contacted customer service and asking them if they could do anything to help and within 12 hrs I got a reply. They offer me an apology and insured me this is not common. I believed them of course cause I bought so many. They also sent me a replacement for free of charge. Came in 2 days. I’m very happy.I’ve tried a lot of case from all YouTubers like casify and others but they all too thick too bulky and heavy. Sure, they can survive any fall but you sacrifice the sleek factor of the phone itself. When I ask my friends to take pics for me they all surprise how small and light my phone feel compared to theirs. I highly recommend it.Only negative thing is no silver colorway or white or aluminum. That would be awesome.

I wouldn’t buy this case, the company does offer pretty rugged designs but this one is no good. It’s expensive so I thought it would be a great slim case, upon receiving it, I noticed it was plastic like and flimsy. The magsafe works fine and they do offer warranty but the iPhone 15 pro max has a defect in the titanium build where if it hit that same exact corner the wrong way, it can destroy your iPhone. I was apprehensive about taking another cover so I requested a cheaper clear one and they said no, also mentioned that mine was the only one that ever broke that way. It’s designed in Germany so it shouldn’t do that, I had this case for two weeks and one the time i dropped it, the corner breaks.

I love the aesthetic and the feel of it. A bit slippery but I have a pop socket so that didn’t bother me. What bothered me the most is that it’s been less than 24h, I dropped my phone from my pocket and it already cracked in the corner and cracked my screen protector in two places :(

This Torras case is slim and sleek. The magnet works perfectly to attach to charging accessories as well as in my car. A couple weeks ago, I dropped my phone and chipped a piece of the case. I contacted customer service at Torras. Iman quickly took care of my needs and sent me a new case free of charge. Very professional and kind and made sure I was taken care of properly. I highly recommend this case, not only for its appearance and functionality, but for the customer service. Thanks Iman!

Such a pretty color but the button on the right side of the case is loose. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable and annoying. I expect to have to replace this case soon.

I usually love Torras brand cases but this is a no go. Case is very slippery and the buttons rattle. Not what I expected. I love their transparent cases. Those are super grippy. This is the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a very nice cover that protects the phone and doesn't prevent magnetic charging.

the material is not thick enough to protect the phone. I fell it off my hand (4 feet from the tiled floor) in my bathroom, got 2 cracks already. so it is not durable, but looks very beautiful.
