I have never written a poor review on any product, especially when choosing a cheaper option, as you can't expect complete perfection.But for this product to be advertised as having 70+% off the price is just a SCAM.After fully charging the laptop, I switched it on and began initial boot up. Unfortunately that's as far as a got. The machine froze and eventually gave a warning message that it was unable to boot due to missing software.It gave an error code but as I went to take a picture for this review, the screen randomly shut off.I have it in the box and ready for return. This machine lasted less than 20 minutes and never even booted up so I genuinely don't see how I can say anything other than don't waste your time or money on this cheap brand.

Works great mouse can be temprimental

Worked from the moment I charged it up, very quick, everything works fine, great for the price. It's set up for the American market so this comes with 'keyboard covers' for every country, just remember to set it for the UK when booting it up. Think there's a few here working for another company. 😁

Yes DDRAM 4 with 12 gb, processor with medium speed. Plug in cable for both eu and uk sockets. Yes Windows 11 but not activated, so you still need an Windows key to get it to Pro. I suggest to keep Windows 10 Yet it should not cost more than 300£.Now bad things.Quite slow for Windows updates.SSD if you wish to upgrade it only supports Gen 3 M2 nvme. The split is on the left, so you need an m2 with 3 pairs of dents, WD has one on Amazon. Most M2 have the split on right side so they do not fit. I will add a picture of its original ssd.User manual is useless. No specifications about the laptop and components.Drivers, there is no clue of where to get them and the Manufacturer, which is some chinese company does not provide them. Shenzen Industry and trade.SD card reader. It might swallow your SD card cause there is no "push" thing to spit it out.

The second time I used the laptop I get a) the blue screen on of death where it tells you there is a system malfunction, and then b) the laptop won’t connect to Wi-Fi nor even give the option to search for a network.I assume it is a product problem rather than systemic, however would not recommend.Very disappointed.

Bought as Christmas present so I've only had a quick look. Seems to be just what my son wanted. Looks very stylish

My laptop arrived without a UK charger. It took me a while to find out how to contact support but when I did they were excellent.
