I've got the blue pads. The quality of the pads is almost the same as the originals. The only difference is that the colour does not fully match the headphones' body. It also gives almost the same noise-cancellation feeling as the original pads. Last night I used it almost two hours, and the pads did not hurt my ears at all, I wear specs all the time. All in all, it is a five-star product.

They work better than the original, and where easy to switch out the old ones for these new ones. Time will tell how they hold up, but for the price I'm fine replacing them every two or three years if needed.
