Only 1 hook to connect a leash to, but may be OK. Made of aluminum and seems pretty sturdy.The strap that goes under the dog makes it more difficult to put on since you have to lift the dog's leg through the strap where our other harness was just the chest strap and easy to install. Material looks like it might be warm for the dog in this hot weather. Maybe they could make one with mesh. Otherwise, seems very good quality. Hope it lasts with our strong, pulling lab.

It's not a perfect fitting harness, but the price and close enough are the winners of the day here. I have not had this to be able to tell durability, but for a one size fits most harness, it does the trick. Again, have I mentioned the price ?I use it for dog training. If I remember, I will come back in a year and tell you what I think. My equipment gets a beating. if your dog is learning, and you are worried about fit, for sure write the company. My dogs have worn harness's since they were dinks, so they associate it with training in bite work, which means they get all excited and wiggly.

Very well made harness that fits my german shepherd perfectly. I like the way the attachment point for the leash is further down the dog's back with 1 strap around his mid section and another strap around his chest. There is a third strap which ties the chest and midsection straps together to stabilize the harness and keep the straps from moving too much and rubbing off hair. I don't worry about causing any neck damage to my dog at all when he sees a squirrel.While my dog is certainly no service dog, I do appreciate the extra velcro on both sides of the harness to attach name patches to. My order came with "DO NOT PET" patches which I don't plan on using since he loves people. What I also like is the handle on the harness is perpendicular to the dog's body which makes it easier to grasp if I need to assist him into the back of the truck or just hold him back when he's excited. This is my second order of this harness version. The previous one, he got a hold of and managed to chew it apart. No fault of the harness, just an unfortunate accident. Would not recommend for pullers until they are well leash trained.My only recommendation for the manufacturer/seller is possibly better management of the extra strap material once you've adjusted the harness to fit. These tend to losely flap around. What I've done is to loop them back down the clasps so they at least point downwards. Also would be nice if there were optional accessories available. Something like a small zipper bag or saddle bag that could be attached to the velcro so the dog can carry his own poop bags. It would also be great if the seller could sell custom patches.18-Mar-2019 Update:Knocking a star off after using this harness on two dogs for quite some time. Seems to fit better on my GSD but not so great on my Great Dane. You really have only 2 points of adjustment, the chest strap and the belly strap. The main strap which goes around the front of the dog is not adjustable. This is great for ease of putting it on, but can allow for escape if the chest strap is a little loose. My great dane has learned to bow his head and straighten his front legs out and he can slide right out unless I really snug up the chest strap on himm but that makes for a really tight fit when he lays down.Another annoyance is the buckles tend to slip over time. Constantly having to readjust the fit. The other issue is the belly strap. It is tacked in place at the front but freely slides along the chest strap. This makes it difficult to harness the dog since the chest strap can become twisted, be on the wrong side or fall out. I don't see any reason why that can't be tacked in place. If someone can explain why that needs to freely slide around, I would welcome it. Otherwise I'm taking it to the sewing machine and bartacking it in place.

This is the third harness I have purchased and although the most expensive, definitely the best. Great value given the quality. I use the harness as both harness and as a control when using a training collar (correctly fitted near the base of the ears 2.5mm prong). The harness protects her from falling on slippery surfaces, jumping up unexpectedly and falling, or pulling too hard against the prong due to an unexpected source (i.e. squirrel, bird). The back buckle is perfect to switch the leash to when she needs to greet another dog or need some freedom to move around and pull (i.e. exploring bushes while on walk, etc.)What I rave about everday is how easy it is to get on and off, unlike past harnesses. It just slips on and once on, 2 buckles only. High quality and great purchase for the $.

We use this primarily to secure the dog in the car. Very sturdy construction and very adjustable for size. Would recommend

I got a small bc the large was way too big, but It still didn't quite fit my 45lbs english bulldog. Looked great and my pup didn't mind wearing it; it's just that the chest strap was at its max and he's still got a little more to grow - and again, the large was way too big. The only thing I thought may have become an issue was the neck part isn't adjustable and it was rather stiff. With that being said, I regrettably had to return it for something with a little more flexibility and features.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall look of this harness is absolutely amazing. I love it! For reference my boy is 105 lbs I got the xl because his chest is 36”. Fits well, easy to adjust. I have yet to use it so cannot comment on durability just yet. Will update review in a week or so ...

Absolutely love this harness! I purchased the small for my 40lb 6 month old bully mix. Absolute perfect fit for my chesty girl and lots of room to grow.She is in a harness for every walk/outing so I’ve tested a variety of styles and this is definitely my favourite. I originally purchased this solely for the fact I can add patches (without the harness covering full back) for my reactive dog but have found myself using it in every situation.Would recommend to anyone even considering this harness!Also comes with the “in training” patches which is a bonus!

My only concern is the weight. I have a med./large Border Collie who is very active so I don't want her to be carrying around extra weight. I like how this one fits and supports in the right places. I think a trimmer lighter version would be perfect. Also I think the buckles can be reduced in size without compromising strength.

I got an XS for my 5 month old Mini Aussie. She is currently about 17 lbs. It fits when I make the strap at the smallest possible but she will grow into it. Really good quality product! I tried another brand and yuck! Looked cheap and awkward uncomfortable fit. This one is great and is a good deterrent with an in training sign Velcrod on while air train her to be a Service Dog. Very happy with purchase.

Bought this on a whim for a 120 European Shepherd who is an extreme puller , this vest is amazing , the handle gives me extra leverage for when he is being a stubborn pain lol . He's still young and new to our family so he is still in training and so far so good with this product , its made tough and its dense , it doesn't put extra pressure on any joints such as his shoulders or any pressure on his trachea which is a huge plus since almost all other harnesses I have found still press into the throat .I would highly recommend this harness for anyone with a very large dog .
