Update: After purchasing this in Nov 2023, it broke on a trip in my carryon in Feb 2025. So I messaged the seller asking if it was possible to purchase a replacement. The seller sent me an entirely free unit free of charge. I really wanted to update my review to say that the seller and brand goes above and beyond. The product is STILL super useful for me due to my permanent retainers after braces. I cannot recommend this item enough!Let me start by saying I have permanent retainers on the top and bottom of my teeth. These are the ones that are behind the teeth to make sure they don’t move around ever again. My dentist told me to use my waterpik as frequently as possible following a cleaning. I have the original waterpik that is large and extremely loud with a huge tank. I use it on setting 8 and it has saved me during my wisdom tooth infection. I am about to go on a 2 week trip and I needed something portable.I was pretty dubious about an off brand item on amazon and I waited a full week of use before writing this review.Pros:1. Price and value! This is the best priced portable water flosser on amazon. 30% off coupon is really useful2. Function: It is pretty potent even on the lowest setting. I would say this is highly comparable to the waterpik on setting 7-10. You don’t want this any stronger. I do think the mechanism is different from waterpik. It almost works like a soda machine in the way it releases the pressure.3. Extremely quiet in comparison to the Waterpik, which sounds like a lawnmower. Your family will not notice this in the next room. This is practically silent.4. Space saving and very thoughtful design! It is absolutely beautiful on my counter! The top pushes down into the water resovoir so it can be collapsed when not in use. This is perfect for my trip and general travel. Quite portable and it can’t be too small because it needs to accommodate for the water reservoir. This is the size of my iPhone 13 Pro. I love the case and the additional attachment although, I probably will ever use the one. I am going to start carrying this around in my crossbody so if I have anything stuck in my teeth during work, I’ll have this handy tool.5. I’m glad it comes with a charging chord and a carrying bag. It makes it easy to use anywhere.6. Good battery life. I’ve been using it for a straight week with no charging. I use this probably 2x a day.7. I saw some reviewers complaining about the size of this reservoir but any larger, it will no longer be as portable.Cons:1. You need an easier way to change settings. Changing settings is annoying because it seems to be a long hold.2. I do wish there was a built in UV light like some of the other white label water flosser. You have to take this apart to fully dry. For those with hard water, you might want to use vinegar to run through this machine every now and then to prevent any mineralization jam.3. The pulsing feature is not very useful.4. I do have to refill it once if I want to do every single tooth.Overall, I’d give this an A+ and would prefer this to waterpik anyday!

This is a really great product! All travelers should run out and buy one. I am three weeks into a trip & it is performing beautifully. It hasn’t needed a charge yet. In response to others questions:Is it too small? NO, it is the perfect size for travel. I replaced a much larger travel unit that stopped working with this one. And glad I did.But it only holds about a cup of water! Of course, do you really need to lug around a large flosser just to fill it with more water? It’s for travel! Just fill it twice if needed. No big deal and you will love the compact size.Is it powerful enough? YES! You can adjust the settings. In my case the water jet is just as powerful as the unit I use at home.Looking for something discrete to have at the office or for a present for a travel friend? Look no further….

As far as water pressure goes, this thing can't be beat for it's size. It's relatively flat shape makes it easy to store in a backpack as well. Haven't had it for too long but first impressions have been great. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because the charging port seal is finicky and doesn't seat back in to block off the power port very easily. But functionally it's been good.

I tried a few different rechargeable portable water flossers and this one was by far the easiest and most compact to use and travel with. The slim profile was much easier to pack than the other rounder shaped ones. It's quite lightweight too, which matters when packing for airline travel or when carrying bags. It feels durable and well made though. The functions are simple with just a few water pressures, but enough to have some choice. It's easy to use and to clean. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Having it be so simple to pack and use, inspires me to keep up with my oral hygiene. I showed it to my housemate who travels internationally. At home she uses an electric one with a large water tank, that is stationary in the bathroom. She ordered this one for travel and says that once she adapted to the difference, she really likes it!Update: After a long time using my flosser, I started having difficulty opening and closing it and water leaking where the two pieces join. I finally realized that the rubber gasket had come off and that is what supports the two pieces locking in place. I contacted Caredite inquiring about a replacement gasket. They responded immediately offering to replace the flosser and I received a new one within days of my response. So happy to have a working flosser in my travel kit again! Just in time for my next travels. I also plan to get one for my campervan where space and compact usable items is a priority. Great to do business with a company that honors their service to customers!

I bought this as a new wearer of braces and it it absolutely perfect. It holds a charge forever. I believe I've charged it once since August. It gets in where I need to get everything out, so I'm not wandering around with lettuce in my brackets. It's small enough to fit in my purse. The noise level is low, and not bothersome in a public bathroom. The water containment unit pulls out, giving you plenty of room for water. The water flow is decent; you need to make sure the head of the device is firmly pushed in, otherwise it will fly off with the water pressure.

It’s great for traveling. So compact and easy to use. It isn’t as strong as my permanent one, but perfect for on the go.

I love this product when it works properly! We have two of these in our bathroom. This one will turn itself on about once a month when it has not been touched for hours! It will shoot water all over wherever it is pointing. I would love to have it replaced if possible. Thank you. p.s. I even bought another one for a family member before I started having trouble with this one.

Good for travel. Not my waterpik, but very serviceable for the size and cost.
