Great device!
Enables me to share my two screens with both my home and work laptops and switch between them at the press of a button. I initially thought that the USB ports were locked on one of the PCs, but I took all the cabling out and re-plugged in and it all works perfectly now (so my fault!). So at the press of a button the screens, keyboard, mouse and speakers switch from my home PC to work laptop and back! Great!

Great for screens and USB, but not for wireless keyboards and mice
This four-way switcher works really well for my laptop, PC, Raspberry Pi and Xbox all connecting through HDMI (and second screen on DP for two devices).Easy to setup and use but none of the conected devices recognise the wireless mouse and keyboard which are connected via a Logitech Unifying Recevier. The seller confirmed to me when I raised the question that this is not supported, which is a shame as it is the only thing letting this product down in my opinion.I will keep the unit as it is easier than changing the settings on two screens, and will use a small USB hub and extension leads when I want to swap my mouse and keyboard between devices.

Brilliant
Now I can run my personal Surface pro along with my work laptop on one screen

great value for the money.
unlike it's competition which is three times the price, this device is great value. Think real hard if the added features of the competition is worth the much extra $$$.

Its descent but its not USB3.0
I bought this KVM just to share my 2 monitors and keyboard / mouse. Written on the top is 4k HDMI/DP well i haven't tested that high, but it works at the res I normally use which is like 1080p But it stated its USB 3.0 and has the blue ports on the back, however those are USB 1-2 not 3.0 painting them blue doesn't mean they are 3.0. I tested all the cables, they are the same speed as USB 1-2 not 3.0 if the ports are not USB 3 rectangular ports, then don't buy it, it has those proprietary square with the tops notched. That is NOT usb 3 no matter what they tell u. HOWEVER it works for what i need, and I didn't need it for speed. There is one Blue USB 3 port (so they say on the back) after testing that its not even close to 3.0. It gives a sustained write speed of about 32MB (Megabytes) per second then drops out while transferring several times to almost 1/3 that speed then back up. So even with that misleading advertising, I still give it 4 stars because I knew what I bought it for

Cables cost extra...
Kinda small for all the cables hanging off of the KVM device. Comes with USB cables but not the HMDI or DP.

Utterly useless
Mouse and keyboard only work on one system (usually the one it originally connected to when power was applied). When switching to other inputs, mouse pointer is frozen in one spot and does not move. Keyboard is unresponsive (in fact, keyboard lights don't even light up until switched back to input #1). Tried several keyboards and mice (including wired and wireless). HDMI video switches okay, although laptop loses external video whenever switching away from that device, requiring the lid to be opened and closed every time to restore external, shared monitor.Another issue is that this switch can only share like video (i.e. either HDMI or DP, but not interchangeably). That is, there is no internal conversion of HDMI to DP, or vice-versa. So, if you have, say, 2 HDMI computers and 2 DP computers, the 2 HDMI machines will need to point to an HDMI input on the monitor, and the 2 DP machines to a DP input (or completely different monitor), meaning additional switching, and defeating the purpose of the 'one-touch' KVM. Either that, or you'll need to externally convert DP to HDMI or vice-versa for each of the different output types.Very flaky/unreliable device, and very frustrating experience.

Did the job
It allowed me to have one Display Port device and one HDMI device share a keyboard and mouse and screen.
