YOU CAN'T BEAT IT
My mother and grandmother always used this brand, but after I was married another brand came along with (what I thought was) a great sounding name. I am ashamed to say that I used this Brand X for quite a while, but they never seemed to turn out right. I thought the problem was me. No so, my friend. When I switched to Aunt Jemima the pancakes and waffles turned out perfectly fine.
