Great for Playstation Mini - to allow USB key to be used for game images & power through the 1 port
I have been using this port adapter to be able to plug both a 512GB USB key, along with the power supply for my Playstation mini, so that I can run a separate image & have the games stored on the usb stick.Works fine for this & happy it works as intended

Works with Moto G5
I use this to use a hardware FIDO/FIDO2 key, allowing to use 2FA with applications that use it, such as GMail with 2FA turned on. This means I don't need to use an authenticator app (which is just FIDO2 implemented in software). The pass through is useful as this allows the phone to be charged while using the adaptor.I also found it good for using a full sized keyboard with my phone, which is a lot more ergonomic for writing long emails, instead of the screen keyboard.

Only One USB Outlet
Had to return this item as I thought it had two usb outlets which I needed, it only has one. The photo made it look rather large, however it is very small approx. 4.5cm in lenght

Basic adapter with extra
Available as left and right angled versions for convenience. Does the standard job as a micro USB to USB OTG adapter, but has a second micro connector. This can be used to provide extra power from a charger or power supply, so that you could connect a laptop type hard drive to a phone, using a SATA to USB converter. Any device that can't power higher drain USB devices by itself, could potentially use this.

Miccro USB ports and OTG are starting to become like VHS tapes
It is well made but so many of these small cable/adapter devices are well made these days.OTG cables had a place a few years ago pre USB-C but nowadays they have limited use just like a VHS tape.If you do have a micro USB ported device that supports the OTG protocol then this will do the job in a fairly limited way.It does enable power, via another micro USB input, to your device which may be a benefit eg accessing an old style hard drive that requires more power to spin up etcYou could argue that you could plug in another adapter/hub and get more than just the one USB input/output port. But why?if your device can support OTG and only has a micro USB it is probably going to have big problems dealing with the modern file sizes etc so is going to be a tad slow.Basically update your device to one with a USB-C port and things will become a lot easier...If you need to access an old device for some strange reason then at a cost of just under £7 it seems a little over priced but possibly worth it to some people.I do appreciate its small size and that it rotates the port 90 degrees which again could benefit a few people.

Works just fine
I can't really knock this product it does exactly what you want it to do and changes a micro into a normal USB 2 socket and still leaves a micro usb socket to use as well.

Works OK, shame it doesn't permit charging of main device
This OTG adapter is a useful addition for those aging devices that have Micro-B USB slots like my 2016 Galaxy Tab A.My main gripe with this adapter is that the female Micro-B socket is not very deep, so devices plugged into it don't get a very secure seating - barely 3mm (see pic). The USB A 2.0 female socket has pins that appear to be poorly plated, which may affect signal quality/data transmission. It happily accepts memory sticks though if you use plastic sheathed ones, even quality brands, the plug is an extremely tight fit into the socket. I tried this with both Sandisk and Lexar plastic sheathed flash drives and it required a considerable amount of force to insert them. Once inserted, they both read OK.I had hoped that the adapter would pass a charging current to the tablet but, to be fair, I noticed after ordering that the marketing blurb does say that it won't, though I'm not sure why it couldn't...that would have made it more useful..In summary, useful but could be better.

Great little inexpensive adapter - added Ethernet to my Firestick - No problems!
This ‘On the Go’ L angled adapter is inexpensive and provides an additional USB 2.0 port. I acquired this to add an ethernet adapter to my Firestick Max. It worked without any issues. The USB power cable from your original Firestick charger plugs into this and then you plug the Micro-USB end into the Firestick. I plugged the USB 2.0 to Ethernet adapter into the available USB port on the adapter. The Firestick recognized that I had a wired connection, and it is faster than my Wi-Fi.No negative comments. Great little adapter worked without any problems.

Great for additional storage on Firestick
Looking to add space to your limited Firestick? This is the easiest solution to the small storage space of a firestick. It simply attaches to the Firestick inline with the power cable, and has a USB port to add any thumb drive that you have. Add as much or as little space as you choose, without having to continually clear or reset your Firestick. Having a complete "Smart Home" with all of the amazon skills and apps, I have quickly filled my Firestick storage, so this adapter has been a perfect addition to my setup. Making expandable storage was a lifesaver that I only just learned of with this product. Would without a doubt purchase these again.

Works, but it may take some effort to get extended storage on a 4K Firestick
The OTG adapter it's self is fine, no complaints on the build quality considering the price.Getting this to work with a 4K Firestick will take some effort, make sure you Google the latest instructions and watch some videos as the simplest things like HOW your format your memory stick (not just the FAT32 format) will stop the FireStick from seeing your new storage device. So - it works, just be prepared to work to get this going on a 4K FireStick.

Compact and good quality
This is a nice and small OTG micro USB connector. It is awesome and works. However, my intended purpose was on my TV Cube and because it is so small and compact and points the wrong direction, I cant use on my TV cube as it interferes with the HDMI cable. But I will use on other devices.

Raspberry pi owners rejoice!
I used this to run octoprint on my rasberry pi and connect it to my 3d Printer. It's perfect! You even got the passthrough female micro b to do firmware updates and what not. No complaints here!
