Well, I tried to do a video, but I can't get it to load so I guess I'll do the long way. We have the case for the z4 flip. Once out of the box it appears quite robust maybe even better than an otter box. The metal is thin but is supported by a rubber or foam lining making me think it may protect the phone from an impact better. Some assembly required. Some disassembly required as well. The case is fully assembled when you pull it out of the box so in order to get the phone in the case you have to take it apart. It's easy. they give you a hex key as well as 6 extra screws just in case you drop/lose one because they are small. Remove 4 screws from the top and the bottom. Slide the phone into the frame do NOT press it in over the top of the case/frame. Once the phone is in the case place the top piece of the frame on and then screw it back together easy as that. It does add some size to the phone. with the case on and the phone open it matches my z24 ultra in the otter box. The nice thing is that the z4 flip folds in half so in the pocket it takes a lot less room. Based on the feel i think this case can take a good knock or 2 without fear of any damage. I hope this helps anyone thinking about getting this case I like this one.

This case is pretty sturdy. While it comes with a little Allen wrench to unscrew the front from the back, it really doesn't seem necessary to do so. I was able to slide the phone into place for both the top and the bottom sections of the case. (I did unscrew, place the phone, and then screw the top into place just to be sure that the phone was secured. It felt the same afterward, so I don't think it's actually necessary.)My one concern with the case, and the reason that I'm dropping this review to 4-stars, is that the case doesn't seem to offer any protection for the phone hinge while the phone is closed. I wish there was some way to protect the hinge with this case.

My favorite part is the kickstand. I have been propping this phone up against the peanut butter jar at the breakfast table and I would typically knock it over at least twice each morning. It was easy to put on and it came with a micro-Allen wrench to loosen/tighten the cover.My only reservation is the lack of a cover for the spine of the phone when it is folded. Also, I find it harder to use the fingerprint function because the case is a little higher than the fingerprint reader, so the finger is deformed slightly when fingerprints are being scanned.I still like this case, though. I just needed to reenter my fingerprints in the security section for them to be recognizable.

Love the stand for my flip phone. Depending on the case the stand I have won't fit. This comes with its own stand.

I do, in fact, like this case, but there are a couple of problems. The case itself does exactly what it it supposed to -- it is a metal frame that screws together, with silicone inserts to protect the phone body. It has a metal kickstand that is held in place by a small magnet, and works sine with wireless chargers.The problems arise in two areas: size and weight. Once the case is installed (which is easy enough; it comes with an Allen key and replacement screws), it adds a good centimeter and a half or more to the width and length of the phone. it's also HEAVY -- on the order of 170g or so, in addition to the weight of the phone itself. It certainly feels sturdy, but it really weighs your pocket down. There is also no protection for the Z Flip hinge (not that this isn't obvious from the product photos). Another issue is that, because of the depth of the frame and the way the cutout is designed, the fingerprint reader on the power button is no longer accessible, at least with my fat fingers. I've had to resort to using the passcode to open my phone. Not a dealbreaker, but maybe worth knowing about.Other than that, this is a solid and sturdy case that feels like it would definitely protect the edges and corners of the phone in a fall. It comes with, as noted, an Allen key and spare screws, and also a small cleaning cloth. The box is well-made and sturdy, made of heavy cardboard with a foam liner. Overall, if you don't mind (or if you actually WANT) a solid, heavy, large case for your Z Flip 4, this case does the job. If you are concerned about size and weight, though, I'd look elsewhere.

Sturdy two part protective shell to keep your Samsung flip phone safe from minor drops and knocks. The screen is protected when the unit is folded up. The outer shell is firm and the inner rubber mold holds the phone tightly yet insulates it from shock. the metal locking ring is held with screws which are tightened with the included Allen wrench. Goes together pretty easily and looks good on the phone.

This cover is well made. It clamps down on the phone so it should not come off. It does come with the small allen wrench to tight the screws to hold it. It does make the phone a bit wider, which may be an issue for some people. It has a "kick stand" to hold the phone when sitting on a desk in the sideways position, but not vertical

I mostly like this case. I like that it is heavy and metal, with soft rubber in the right places for drops. The kickstand is a nice addition. Fit and finish os perfect. The things that I don't like is that the opening for the fingerprint sensor makes it awkward to get my thumb to the sensor. I have had to use the code instead. The thick metal caises me to drop a bar in service. And occasionally the case will slide off a little. I dropped a star off for those reasons. But they would not stop me from buying again
