Better than Biofreeze or Icy Hot
Have a bad shoulder and bad back. These are in my opinion better than the Biofreeze or Icy Hot roll-ons. Really works well and the smell is not pleasant but not unpleasant, kind of hits a sweet spot. But it definitely works at relieving the pain. It is a nightly routine with me I put it on my shoulder and then I have my wife rub it on my back. Highly recommend

Great for sore muscles after long runs!
I purchased my first Cryoderm roll from my chiropractor’s office. Then I happened to see it on Amazon so I ordered the double roll on pack. It works exactly the same! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other products & different formulations etc. so the products weren’t the same. That is not the case with this item. I’m actually running out of the 2nd roll so I’m going to purchase this item from the seller again. If there is any change I will come back and update my review. Now for the product itself, I used to use bio freeze but that didn’t work as well for me. I was reluctant to try the Cryoderm because I was expecting the same result however I’ve had a better experience this time. I use this product primarily because I’m training for a marathon so between all of the running and resistance training I’m usually pretty achy. The cryoderm has been part of my “go to” for my recovery routine especially after hill and speed training. Everyone is different and has specific needs so I try to be clear about my use and experience as I myself rely on reviews when purchasing products from Amazon.
