Blauberg exractor Overpriced and unreliable
Just looks like any regular extractor fan.. fitting is the same as any other..the fan is not reliable it was a nightmare to get working within reason I got the humidistat model it took a week to get it working somewhat.. at times it would switch on when it sensed humidity but it kept running for hours after even when all the steam had evaporated even with the windows open ! and at times it only would run for a few minutes this was when it was set to highest humidity setting and running time lowest it seemed to do what it wanted I've even had to remove the fuse to stop it running a few times It's been going ok for a few days now but I still think it's unpredictable I paid a good price for the unit but don't think it was worth buying..a cheaper brand standard pull cord model is less problematic and more reliable at least you can switch it on and off when you have finished your bath or shower 😕

Super quiet
Had this installed in a new bathroom. It has been set to turn on when the main lights come on, but is also connected to an isolator switch, meaning it can be turned off it required. The length of time it stays on for can be toggled by removing the front cover and flicking a switch. As well as being relatively sleek and unobtrusive against our grey walls, the fan is really quiet. You can barely even notice it is on once you have water running, and it won't disturb anyone in nearby bedrooms, which was a concern for us as we have a two-year-old in the next room.

Great fans - But don't be fooled by the description
I had to send the first one back because its description on Amazon (Pull cord and run-on timer), and on its website, and in the instructions booklet are very misleading and confusing, to say the least. It's a pity - because this is an excellent fan. But the first one I bought does NOT have a run-on timer that will work with the bathroom lighting - it CANNOT work as a run-on timer as it only has live and neutral terminals - no third supply to power the run-on once the lights have been turned off. Neither I nor my electrician could fathom how a fan could run when there was no power going to it. Maybe the references to "timer" are something to do with the pull cord. But even this cannot work without the lights being on. The only thing we could think of is that it might work if it was wired separately from the room lighting - which can't be a very popular option. But Amazon were brilliant at refunding me and I bought another fan by the same maker which does work with the lights - and it's brilliant.

Not as quiet as i imagined but fits the aesthetics
The media could not be loaded. When i ordered this extractor, i knew it was black but didnt realise it was matt black. This was a pleasant surprise given that we have matt black detailing in our bathroom. Not a quiet as youd imagine but at the end of the day, its a fan.Image and video attached.

Quality is good
Bought this as a replacement for the old one which had been in the bathroom for 24 years. This one is quiet as a mouse by comparison with the old one. Hooked this up to a motion sensor with a built in timer and it all works perfectly. No cord to pull to start this off, so even less noise in the middle of the night should anyone in the house need to spend a penny.

Extremely happy
Impressively good. Looks to be typically good German engineering. Very quiet (there’s no such thing as a silent fan unless it’s not working!). Appears to be very high quality. Easily installed by anybody with basic DIY skills and tools. The humidistat works very well after adjusting to suit requirements (about 70% for my bathroom). I’ve had problems in the past even when replacement parts have been supplied. Wish I’d changed my old fan years earlier. Tremendous value and the chrome finish is well worth the extra £12. Could be the best thing I’ve bought all year!

You need an electrician...
This is a really stylish, quiet and efficient fan - we had the 'humidity' version and it works a treat. There is only one small downside - you really do need an electrician or someone who is very competent to install this as the instructions are not entirely clear and there is a bit of unconventional wiring to do. That said, if you are confident you know what you're doing then it should be a breeze.

Old stock!!
Worked great at first then after 2 months wouldn’t go off! The company didn’t want to help at all as we didn’t purchase direct!!! Amazon sent a replacement and that one failed within a week so sent back for a refund. The manufacture dates on the boxes were 2016 so obviously old stock. Would not recommend at all. 😡😡
