Q: will it remove the floor epoxy when taken out???

No it didn't when I removed it BUT the adhesive from the parking target was stuck on the floor. I had to use Off which left my garage orange scented and when I drove over that spot, it starting drawing grim from my tire which is now a black strip where the adhesive once was.

Q: Can these be removed?

Yes, they are held on with just adhesive, a little force from a small pry bar and up they come. Will want to clean the area of the sticky residue once up.

Q: Where can I get adhesive tape.had to move it now need new tape to secure it to floor?
