I cannot tell you just how delightful this coffee truly is. I have tried the other Red Rooster varieties, but this one takes the cake. It has such a smooth and flavorful taste without being bitter. I actually discovered it at a discount store for much less, but it is well worth the full price. Enjoy!

The flavor of this coffee starts your day off on such a high note. The smoothness of the coffee pulls perfectly in my espresso machine. The acidity of the coffee is not strong so it brings out all the correct flavor notes. The coffee is very fresh and the value for your money goes such a long way.

Really love Red Rooster coffee. This team knows what they’re doing and does it sustainably. The Blue Bird Blend is chocolatey and smoky with a light body and medium acidity. A solid cup of coffee to start the day.

Ordered and received Red Rooster’s Bluebird Breakfast Blend whole bean coffee promptly, and it was still fresh smelling after grinding in the burr grinder and fresh tasting after brewing. It’s a lovely medium roast with great flavor notes. I always try and pay attention to the flavor notes listed and could certainly taste them. The chocolate note stood out especially for me. The medium roast is a nice compromise for extended family, who like that richness without it tasting like it’s burned. After having fresh roasted coffee, I can’t return to the store bought brands or heavy dark roasts. My palette has been completely spoiled. So if you’re looking for quality, great taste, and ethically sourced coffee, then one can’t go wrong with Red Rooster Coffee out of Floyd, VA…(My only frustration was Amazon’s packing attempts. It had been thrown in the box with a box of heavy furniture 🧐🙄, but thankfully the coffee, and its beautiful bag, was not damaged. Just a bit squashed, and I reshaped it just fine.)

This is our favorite coffee, from anywhere! we buy this brand specifically for how smooth and rich the coffee flavor is. Most coffees feel acidic in after taste but Red Rooster is always good

I wanted to like this coffee because I've been wanting to try this brand but it's sour when brewed making me think the beans are under roasted. They're pretty light in color for a medium and I tried many different levels of brew. No matter how I adjusted the amount I was using, adjusted to a finer grind, etc. the coffee is sour. Your mileage may vary, but I'll stay away from this brand going forward...

This is one delicious cup of coffee. Flavors are so good and on point. I've learned any Red Rooster product is top quality. You won't regret giving them a chance.
