Good quality at a good price. Easy to assemble. Worked well. Used it to clean our vinyl siding.We had an issue with the shipping carrier. So I contacted customer service and they were quick and friendly. Not their fault at all but they were willing to investigate and help.Great customer service makes me want to order more products from them!

Received yesterday and soap tank was defective, Amazon and manufacturer refuse to replace the defective soap tank . Tank had red mark on top of tank , this should never of been sent was defective from manufacturer. Beware no one will stand behind this purchase!

I have owned about 4 different pressure washers, a mix of gas and electric. This one blows them all away!The quality of build on the pressure washer is superb. It is made of metal and very solid. No rattles anywhere. It stays where you put it but rolls easily when you want to transport it. Even the spray handle is built solid. I am very impressed.The soap tank is finally in a useful location -- right up top -- and easy to fill.It starts right up every time on the first pull. I have learned to NEVER add ethanol to any yard equipment. I only use TruFuel engineered fuel for 4 stroke engines. It is 92 octane and is ethanol free and I don't have to deal with gas cans and fuel that goes bad.The pressure washer maintains power, idles well, and has been a dream to work with.

The media could not be loaded. Great pressure washer. I received the pressure washer and opened the box. There was just a little assembly and installing gas and oil. It uses 10w30 oil which I had on hand. I put the gasoline in the tank and hooked up a water hose. I turned on the water first, and then pulled the crank rope two times and it started right up. The engine is very quiet. I wanted to pressure washer my driveway first so I got started. The pressure washer cleaned the driveway very well and fast. This is the best value for the money that I found for a pressure washer. While I was cleaning up my neighbor came over and looked at it and purchased one with my recommendation.
