Thick Cord Large Mayan Hammock Multicolor Cotton

It's a strong, well made, and BIG hammock. I thought I would miss the spreader bar on the ends but this one is so much more comfortable then the hammocks that are spread out and flat.

A great, and very comfy hammock. As other reviewers have stated though it streches a LOT once it is hung. I was worried that it was too high and far ( roughly 6ft high) and yet after laying in it I wish I had placed if a bit farther and higher.Having said that, it is holding up well but I do bring it in when not using it since I live in FL.

The hammock is beautiful. Colors are fun. I have absolutely no complaints. It can fit two people easily. I take it down at the end of the day - as I'm not sure how well the cotton fabric would hold up in extreme weather, but probably would take a beating in the direct sun over time. I do like the feel of the cotton though, which is why I chose that over the poly.

It's a hammock, what else is there to say? It's quality. It smells like clean cotton. It's a little too long for a standard hammock stand because it doesn't have the spreader bars, but if you tie a big knot in the nylon cords it is usable. Not having the spreader bars was a desired feature, I just didn't know it would be too long for the stand.

This hammock is awsome! It was the perfect addition to our island cottage. We placed it under our favorite willow and it was occupied most of the summer (we get alot of company). It's extra large so there was often two adults sharing, or 3 to 4 children relaxing. The colors are bright and the texture is soft, so it's even comfortable when wearing a bathing suit. Very good quality and I expect it to last many years. Huge difference from our last 3 hammocks.

This was almost what I was looking for. I wanted a Mayan hammock to hang in my room to go with the beach decor. I was hoping for the multi-color with the blue strings, but I got the green. I wish there was an option, but the color is just me being particular. Part of the reason I ordered this style was because this would feel less "rope like", and more tightly knit --no big holes. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the material close up until it came. The good thing about this is it probably holds more weight since it has thick material and room to stretch (like a soft cotton fish net). It's good quality, but I'm not sure yet it will suit sleeping in long term, so I kind of wish I had gotten a cheaper one.Ropes to hang it with were included. The hammock looks clean.It still feels nice...I will update my review. once I have it set up. Maybe I'm wrong and it will have that cocoon effect without any limbs or toes getting caught in the netting.

This Mayan Hammock is everything they advertise it to be! Very soft, very comfortable, easy to nap in and very colorful. Really sparks up the shaded area under my big trees where I have it placed.I gave it 4 stars only because you really need to bring the hammock inside every time you expect rain. It will absorb a lot of water and takes about 3 days to dry because you cannot spread it out. That makes me think of rot and/or mold. Otherwise ~ it is a wonderful hammock!
