Q: I'm confused when it says waterproof inner liner. A cover and pillow. How is the pillow waterproof and the liner isn't?

The inner layer of the cover is waterproof, so nothing will soak through to the pillow.

Q: If my dog urinates on it will it soak through to the Polyfil?

Be careful with the sides though. My dog peed and it did soak through the side so the stuff now smells like urine. Not sure if we can wash it but I might try
