...and feel. I ordered these to go into a pair of higher heels to absorb some of the shock while walling. I cut and customized to fit the toe and heel of the show I was using. They fit well and you could not see it under my feet.

These are really cute and very soft and cushy. I wear a 6.5 shoe and they're juuust a touch too long, but you can trim them (there are guide marks on the back for trimming). The only thing is when you trim them, the foam inside is exposed (see photo). I don't think that will affect the function, but they just don't look as nice anymore. However, four pairs for this price is incredible!
