The five pounds of candy came packaged in a clear bag. There is a great selection of candy: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Tootsie Rolls, Tootsie Roll Pops, Sour Patch, Trolli Sour Crawlers, Kit Kats, Sweet Tarts Chews, Tootsie Roll Fruit Chews and Twizzlers. The candy was pretty fresh (Kit Kats could have been more fresh, but were not bad) and my son jumped right into the bag giving me reviews of each item. He enjoyed every different type of candy and gave it a 15 year old thumbs up! My only thought would be to separate the Reese's from the other candy to keep the peanut smell from the rest of the bag and ensure there would be no issue with kids with peanut allergies.

I weighed the candy and it is over 5 pounds of candy, but it doesn't seem like that much when you lay it all out. The heading specifically mentions kit kat, well there was ONE tiny kit kat in the whole bundle (and it had a gingerbread Christmas theme wrapper). There were about 15 peanut butter cups. That was it for the chocolate that is mentioned.There were also only two tootsie pops and four boxes of dots. There were no Welch's whatsoever, even though that also is mentioned specifically in the heading. It's mostly Trolli sour candy, Sour Patch Kids and SweeTart Chews.Overall, you do get the 5 pounds of candy promised, but the listing of types of candy is misleading and wrong. What is included isn't worth the price in my opinion.

I received my "box" of candy today. It did not come in a box, but a plastic bag, really doesn't matter.There is a large mix of candy in the bag. From different size tootsie rolls, reese's cups, Gingerbread kitkats, Swedish fish, sour patch kids and sour worms. There may be others as well.I wouldn't say the candy is fresh. The Reese's cups have a date under the flap of 10/23, the same month as ordering. The Swedish fish and tootsie rolls were on the firmer side as well. The candy didn't taste bad, just was not fresh. Selling gingerbread kit-kats as Halloween candy is a bit odd.There are A LOT of pieces in the bag, a really good mixture and will work out for handing out candy to the kids on Halloween.

Wish I could give this product a 3.5. For the listed price,I expected my candy to look like the bag on the listing. I think it would have been more cost effective to buy the individual candies, but this is a good solution if you don't want a ton of candy at your house. We don't get many trick or treaters but the extra will be much appreciated by my students (especially the sour gummie worms).

This seems like a bag of random candy that someone just wanted to unload. Despite the listing highlighting chocolate, there were only three Reese's cups in the bag. One lonely Tootsie Pop, a ton of the artificially flavoured coloured Tootsie rolls (which were not in the images or description for the item), no Sweet Tarts (as shown in the images).Some items were fresher than others, but the biggest disappointment was around the item not matching described expectations. From reading other reviews, it seems like there's no consistency between bags.

for one thing this doesnt come in a box, the listing photos make it seem that it's going to be packaged with some halloween decorations but it's not. it's put in a simple plastic bag. furthermore, the listing does not accurately describe what's in the pack. there's no kit kats, no welch's fruit snacks. the distribution is completely off, which was very disappointing. furthermore after weighing it, i found out that i only received 3 lbs of candy which was very shocking. i definitely think that some of the candy tastes stale as well, so i don't think these are from a fresh batch but rather leftovers. i would definitely avoid the lollipops which definitely taste the worst of the batch.

The image and descriptions are misleading. It says "5lb box" but it is really just a small plastic bag. Turns out 5lbs of candy isn't as much as you might think. Kit Kats were the first candy listed. There is only a single Kit Kat in the entire bag. These 5lb bags seem to probably just be leftover candy that they are trying to get rid of. If you just want a bunch of candy, this is fine, but you have no guarantee you'll get a decent amount of the ones you actually want.

Tis the season! If your neighborhood is like mine, you need Halloween candy -- and lots of it!I thought this pack could supplement my treats, but "2 lbs" is not what I thought it would be. The package is about the size of a sandwich-sized ziplock bag. There is a decent mix of name brand candy, but not a lot.If you only get a few trick or treaters, this should do. But, if you are a Halloween-heavy neighborhood, you'll need to buy a lot more.
