This L-Glutamine has been a game changer for me. I am just about finished with my first jar and I have experienced a huge difference in my gut issues. There is zero taste so I just throw it in my morning oj and drink it down. I struggled to take it consistently because I didn't really enjoy the plain powder in water, so I was really excited when Essential Stacks released this new flavor and it turned into a really delicious drink that I now look forward to every evening - sometimes with ice! So I was really excited when the flavoured version was released.I also love that it's organic and non-gmo without sugar or nasty additives, because that can cause its own issues for people with sensitivities like me. Like everything about this except the Citric Acid - wreaking havoc on my IC, especially disturbing my sleep....this and another flavored brand with same issue.....will be searching for a brand without Citric Acid preservative....
