I think you’re referring to letter on the back to show area commonality? This puzzle only had the grey cardboard backs.

It looks like the can pattern repeats itself. Is that the case or is it just the product picture here?

The pattern does repeat here and there. We found this to be a fun and challenging puzzle.

I’m missing a piece - can it be sent?

I wrote to Springbok Puzzle itself and sent a picture of the puzzle that was complete except for the missing piece. They sent me a aut0-reply letter and them they contacted me personally. They don't send out one or two pieces. However, they did send a request to the correct department for a puzzle replacement.
