WebEx and MS Teams compatible! Great audio!!
Cons: None, save the inner Poly box could have been sealed with a tape.Pros: Many!1 Certifies for new MS Teams 2024.2 Same excellently works with Cisco WebEx.3 Excellent audio speakers and clear mics!4 Easy and intuitive operation clear indicators.5 Immediately recognized device in settings.6 Nice size and space savings over separate microphones and speakers. No A/C plug necessary, battery operations excellent.7. Wrap around usb C cord at bottom.8 Dongle is USB C and lights to indicate connection to the base unit.9 No default requires software to install but maybe optional software. Be aware if your work computer does or does not permit you to install software as a user. Check your IT department.10 Use but do not lose the small dongle, makes it all so much easier in a work setting.11 Bluetooth pairing optional and perhaps a great option for cellphones.

Game Changer
I purchased this unit for my home office. I am on Zoom and Teams meeting for most of my day. I had a headset for the longest time and by the end of the day my ears were sore. The switch this unit has been amazing. The quality its great and the participants of my meeting say the quality of what they hear is perfect. I like that the unit gives me a clear signal I am on mute. In addition, the ability to mute/unmute right on the unit vs looking for the mute and unmute in the Zoom or Teams app. You can pick up an inbound call and increase or decrease the volume with a touch of the unit. It is a little big for portability but not enough to make me stop taking it on the road with me.

Great two-way speaker!
Perfect for Teams meetings. It has quality sound and a strong projection. I also used it to project through a podium mic. In a small meeting room it’s a perfect speaker phone for two-way conversations with 10 to 15 people (as long as people don’t talk over each other).

Technical glitches but solid device sleek design
I spent more on this one and hoped it would be perfect. I need it because my PC mic on my laptop is acting up. I selected this because it is Teams certified, reduces background noise and WiFi compatible. The WiFi is sketchy at best, doesn’t make it past 15ft. As long as I don’t go beyond my kitchen to grab lunch on a meeting, the WiFi is useful. It WiFi starts to cut out beyond 15ft from my laptop. Also it is glitchy when using the USB cord. The Teams feature does not always work properly so the mute button does not always work on the device. I’ve not figured out what causes it yet and it comes and goes. When it’s glitching, you need to use the mute button on the PC screen. Set up was simple, plug and play. It’s built well. Sleek design but solid. The size is about the size of a hand-held game device (switch). It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long period.

Can't live without it now
For someone who works from home and tends to pace around when on calls, this has been a gamechanger for me. Cancels out noise as good as any of my headsets but doesn't require me to have something on my head. I am able to walk from my office to the kitchen without ending a work call. Quality is very good on both microphone and speaker. I used it every single day and couldn't go without it now.

Works better than expected
I have the Poly Sync 20+ and have used it mostly in small room settings of about 8 participants sitting around a large table--it far surpasses the poor microphone pickup from a laptop. What surprised me, however, is how well it performed in a larger setting. I used it a couple days ago for a meeting of 20 people in a large home living room. Folks were seated on a couple couches facing a coffee table and in chars arranged around and behind those couches. Clearly, an arrangement better suited for the PolySync 40 or 60. I tested my PolySync 20+ by asking remote participants whether they could hear a softspoken person seated roughly 8 feet away--they said very clearly. Another plus is that I could hand the meeting host the USB dongle to plug into their Mac (using a USB C adapter, as I have the USB A model that plugs into my own PC-based laptop) and Zoom automatically selected the PolySync 20 for microphone and speaker. That was helpful as the Mac user is uncomfortable configuring/selecting options in Zoom. The PolySync 20 battery was still going strong after the nearly 2hr meeting. Had to set the speaker to full volume but it was adequate.

I want to love this thing, but...
So, I want to love this speaker phone, but it really just falls down in a few areas that the older Plantronics Callisto was just good at.Soundwise, its great. Sound is bassy and responsive. Doesn't sound tinny or artificial.I love that this can serve as a battery bank, if you're traveling and don't have an AC adapter handy. It has a nice carry case and a USB-C to USB-A adapter.Battery life is also great. But, I generally keep it plugged in all the time.. here's why.The software is atrocious. This is probably partially due to Teams being an awful product and this hardware trying to accomodate for it, but like, it seems to randomly disconnect at various points during the day. It will just be sitting there, and I'll hear the disconnect sound... Then a moment later, the reconnect sound. What is this doing? Most of the time, it's connected to the computer fine and works with Teams calls. But, the Mute button doesn't do anything if you're connected on Bluetooth, and only works if you're directly wired in to your computer. This has been reported by a LOT of users on the HP support forums and they haven't done anything about it. This has been going on for years. I was hoping a mature product like this would be better supported. The cable is also not removable. Instead, they expect you to wrap it up around the base. Hardware manufacturers please PLEASE stop adding un-removable cables to devices. Give me a USB-C port and let me use whatever cable I want

Excellent speaker, if they send the right one.
This is a very powerful and high-quality speaker. The wireless blue tooth driver remains stable. The problem I had is I was sent a standard poly-sync without the Bluetooth dongle device even the description described it otherwise. After returning it and getting the one I needed, great product.
