i have owned many espresso makers this one is great use it all the time in the camper van good build quality makes great coffee 2 large mugs worth cant fault it perfect the best espresso maker ive had top notch highly recommend 👍

Well designed, but....
An attractively designed espresso maker producing excellent coffee, but there are some production flaws. The lid's hinge is secured by a metal pin which regularly loosens, and the handle is prone to become unscrewed. I'm surprised that a company with Bialetti's reputation allows such flaws to pass unchecked.

Gorgeous!
Very first thing I used on my new induction hob. Very pleased with the pot, style, ease of use, cleaning and assemblage. No leakage (as with other pots I have used on gas) or spillage or splashing. Very elegant and stylish. Makes good coffee in good volumes! I recommend.

Faulty item
If I could give this less stars I would. The item was received pre opened and broken with the lid twisted completely out of place. Do not rely on quality from this seller I was very disappointed and embarrassed as this was a gift. I literally feel like I have been sent Amazon’s rubbish, as it is a completely broken and non functioning item and visibly so!

Good product, great coffee. Eco friendly, no plastic coffee pods to go into landfill.Rubber handle a bit naff. Manufacturer "does not supply spare parts" !?!?!?What happens in the silicone seal eventually wears out !?!?!?

J'utilise les machines à café Bialetti depuis des années, j'ai acheté 2 grands modèles pour moi, puis une moyen pour ma fille, et la je viens d'acheter le modèle pour plaques a induction et comme toujours je suis ravie et fidèle a cette marque

Seguridad en las compras
Justo lo que esperaba. La cafetera es de gran calidad, a muy buen precio. La recibi primeramente dañada, y me la sustituyeron sin problema. Calidad, comodidad y buen precio, estoy encantado!

On se moque du client !!
La cafetière est livrée dans son carton d'origine, sans aucun emballage, pas même un bout de scotch. La boite a visiblement été ouverte plusieurs fois, heureusement son contenu n'a pas plu puisqu'elle est quand même arrivée, dans sa boîte toute défoncée !!! c'est un mépris formidable pour le client, je ne renouvellerai pas de commandes, s'il faut chaque fois appréhender l'état dans lequel elles arriveront !
