This showed up in a torn up box, we took it out and took photos of all the obvious previous wear. Because I NEEDED this for the weekend we decided to set it up. Worst canopy I have ever come across other than the frame. Well built frame, solid and easy to open. BUT. The canopy top had to much light coming through the seams it was ridiculous, not only not waterproof, but not even water resistant. I'm addition, the walls do not zipper, if that wasn't bad enough, it's not even 20 feet long. We have measured spaces and used another 10x20 previously, when we set this up, there was a foot missing making this 10x19.As a canopy guy who has been through 5 in a year, the only one still standing is the Eurmax 10x10 and it's not even their premium model. So, you get what you pay for. Eurmax is better than Hoteel, cobizi, abc canopy, etc

Framing is well built making this very heavy. The weight makes very difficult to set up multiple times. Unfortunately I did realize this as problem for me making this undesirable for me. Return service was excellent.
