Quality, service all top notch
First of all, let me talk about Kurlon Retail service.Initially, I purchased a different coir mattress without realizing its thickness and the mattress was also too hard. I called up Amazon for an exchange not very sure if a mattress exchange is possible. But Amazon connected me with Kurlon Retail. After informing them about my mattress issue, the lady at Kurlon Retail immediately assigned for a pickup. The return was done the same day and refund was issued the very next day. Pls remember, its not easy to deliver such a heavy mattress on 4th floor, then again send someone to take it back. I was impressed at Kurlon Retail since it was my mistake but they still immediately issued for a return/refund, no questions asked.After this part was done, I asked them for a mattress suggestion and they sent link of this mattress. It suited my requirements perfectly so I bought it. It is perfect for back pain and is also comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard.Thank you Kurlon Retail and Amazon for the amazing service and patience!PS: @Amazon pls send expert delivery guys and if the product is big and floor is mentioned in address, then send adequate men. I had to arrange for addition help to get the mattress at my flat, this despite mentioning floor and asking for extra support help.

Buy only if you are ok with poor quality product and worst customer service
In less than 25 days the mattresses had a significant sagging; which Kurlon Team - despite providing pics/video based evidence- conveniently rejected because the sagging wasn’t exactly 3 inches. Now I will have to buy new mattresses for my 80+ years old parents. Shame on Kurlon Team to make such inferior products and disrespect for customers.

Good back support and comfortable
This is a very comfortable mattress with excellent back support. My was earlier suffering from hip and back pain. After she started using this mattress, she is not having any more back pain. Also delivery was in two days as against the 1 week shown in app. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Wonderful...worth every penny!!
Have been using this for few months now...especially bought for back and neck pain...the posture set while lying down really helps in relieving the back related problems...quality is superb as expected from kurlon obviously.Delivery was comfortable as it was direct from the factory to the door.Overall highly satisfying!!
