Simply Sinbad Baklava Assortment

Delicious and worth every penny. I bought these last year fom costco and ate most of it myself in a few days. Because i am trying to eat better I couldn't risk buying it for myself again since i would scarf down all 2.5 lbs of it in a couple days. I was looking for something to get my grandmother who is on a low salt diet for Christmas and suprisingly found out it was low in salt only 3% salt per serving of 3 pieces.

Strange after taste

These assortment of baklava was both flavorful and beautiful in presentation. Would make a great gift for anyone!

It came fresh and tasted good! The only problem is I ate it all too fast.I wanted to edit this because I remember the presentation was not good. These came all jumbled and would not have made for a clean looking gift if that is why you are buying it. I didn't buy it for that but think there needs to be a better way or protecting the pieces so they do not move around all over the place. Taste wise, this is delicious!

The boxes of baklava appear to have been turned upside down shaken until the product is totally destroyed!!!

Arrived in pieces. Some of the layers were scattered in the box. Very dry and tasted stale. I eat a lot of baklava but I do not think I would order this again.

I will definitely be buying more of this delicious baklava! I don't understand the negative reviews about this. Perhaps they were left by people who didn't know what baklava was when they bought it?? To those people who commented that it is very sweet, it's supposed to be! It is a desert food and is drenched in honey. What else would they expect? I absolutely loved it!! I like the pieces with chocolate drizzled over them, and if I had had the energy, I would have melted some chocolate and drizzled it over all of the pieces! I definitely plan to order more in the future.

It's hard to imagine something like baklava arriving in good condition, and this didn't, but the taste was ok. Don't count on them being pristine or presentable to people you want to impress. They can't handle the journey they're sent on to get to you.
