I would say just a little bit under 3/4” by just a little bit under 1/4”. These levers should fit any regular wheelchair brake assembly.

I really am not sure without seeing it. On his chair which is not a transport chair you just pull the short ones off , and replace it, it’s about a 3-4 inch rubber brake handle and fit the new one on the metal shaft. Hope that helps you. On his folding transport chair his brakes are in the back above the small wheels, don’t know about using them on it, never really looked that close to see if they could be changed.

Q: We purchased a pair of these but the balls keep falling off and one of them was lost. Do you sell replacements?

I don't know where to buy replacements. When I bought mine they did not come with the ball grip. Mine just have a rubber cap and so I use them that way. They are very effective. I like that they are long enough that I have no trouble to find them for braking. My only problem is that one extension fits a bit loosely and comes off in my hand or falls to the floor, probably a simple fix. Are the balls the size of tennis balls? Could you cut slits in one and put it on your handle? Or get a set of pre cut walker tennis balls?
