Good quality
I bought 2 A1 BlackIt is a good quality gi for beginner. I do not know if it will survive hard training or competition. The pants is not rip stop but the textile is good quality.

Purchased Blue A3
Great gi. Arrived a tad big, but shrunk down after washing it twice. Almost there, I think one more wash will do it. Gi fits perfect. I'm 6ft 175 lbs, on the muscular side. Worth every penny

Good quality Gi - Compares with More Expensive Options
I bought this as a second Gi to complement the one the BJJ place gave me. So for reference all I have is that one I got as part of my sign up as well as this one and perhaps a little info from the guys I roll with. This is definitely high quality and holds up to very intense rolling. The pants are ripstop which is not quite as smooth as the other pants, but I'm not sure its make any difference. Both GIs I have are A2 but this one is a little larger than the other even after a few wash (cold water, hand dry) cycles. The jacket has not shrunk at all in the aforementioned wash cycles. The sleeve length fits true to the A2 dimensions but has more room in the torso which is nice so it doesn't immediately get untucked when rolling.Only complaint I have is the loops for the pants are stitched in such a way that the stitching may break over time.I would definitely buy this again.

So worth it!
I’m 5’5 145lbs and I’ve had this A1 Gi now for over 7 months wore it for 2 competitions and I gotta say... hasn’t shrunk in the wash, it’s reliably strong and has tons of life left from constant wash. My favorite part is that I can add my school patches without a problem. I will be purchasing this Gi again and again until it isn’t IBJJ legal anymore. Thank you twister.

Entry-level Gi
I bought this gi because I planned to use it for both bjj and karate since the style I train involves a lot of gripping the opponent's gi and I don't really want my gi getting ripped because I'm weird like that. It's a little bit on the small side (not enough I would order a size larger, but just something I observed). I like that it didn't shrink when I washed it (I didn't put it in the dryer, but some gis shrink even with air-drying).After wearing it for a few weeks, I think I can say that it works well for karate but I don't think it will be robust enough for the amount of gripping required in bjj. It would make a good entry-level gi for somebody who needs one and isn't sure what sort of investment they want to make, but the fabric in the pants are quite thin. The jacket is rather scratchy (a rash guard solves that), but I think it will stand up all right to some rough use; it will certainly be fine for my karate training. For the price and for my purposes, it works.
