Glass Crystal Dappen Dish with Metal Lid Nail Art Acrylic Powder Nail Art Tools (size-2)

If you buy this for the intention of use with acrylic monomer then I'd rethink it. It works ok as far as being a container but when you are working with acrylic powder, you typically one hand the brush and run it along the side to remover excess monomer but thats the trouble with this holder, it's not heavy enough to withstand that. It tips over easily making the process that much more difficult.

I got this to use as an ink well for dip ink. I don't store ink in this all the time, but wanted something with a heavy base and a lid to use on my desk while addressing envelopes, etc. The dappen dish is perfect and the lid fits very snug, so I'm not worried about ink drying out too fast while I'm working. There was one con and it may just be the particular unit I received. The lid has rough, ragged edges around it. It's not a deal breaker, but it makes me wonder if it's a fluke or if this is standard quality of finishing. I did reach out to the seller and got a response. I sent additional photos, but never heard back. As I said, It's probably just a one-off error in factory finishing. Otherwise, it serves well as a lidded ink well. NOTE: If this is what you intend to use it for, please make sure you return the remaining ink to its original bottle to ensure that it doesn't dry out/thicken as the lid for this dappen dish is not air tight and is not it meant to be.

I am a henna brow artist and I use this to mix and apply my henna. After using 1 time the bottom forms this crack around the base fairer i thought it may have arrived that way and i somehow missed it but after the seller sent me a new one and I noticed the crack again same area around the base. The henna residue gets hardened after a few hours I just wet it and wash it out I can’t imagine e that being the reason for the crack which is why i have to give this item 1 star I like the size

Perfect for what I needed. I do my own nails so I don’t use a lot of monomer. This was perfect for how little I need and the lid keeps the smell from overpowering my house.

Lovely little dappen dish, quite small but holds plenty of monomer for a full set. If you want a reasonably sized dish for your monomer with a lid I highly recommend this one - I might grab one for my powder, too!

Love this little dish! It is small but this is exactly what I need as it helps me portion control how much liquid I pour in. It’s very cheap but looks cute

I could have sworn it said I would get two, but only received one. It is a good quality, the medal top has stud up to the product I put in it.
